From Ricky on down, they are customer service oriented. They let me know what stage the repair was in and called me to let me know the status of ordered items that were running late. They still delivered my vehicle earlier than scheduled. They even phoned me to let me know when would be ready for me to pick up. I was very satisfaction with the cleanliness of the vehicle when it was returned. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass for their work and personal service!

Used flimsy hood and forgot/lost the plastic windshield electrical cover. They promised to send it to me. They did not put things back together properly. I will never use them again.
I am sure they will respond with a yikes! Something went wrong. We want to earn your business.
If you want to keep business, have Todd send me the parts he lost and forgot to put back on my truck.

Incredibly kind staff. Literal strangers were concerned for my overall health and that's rare today. They went over the top when repairing my car, essentially detailing the interior. I could not be more satisfied.

I hardly dont write reviews for anything but i want to express my thank you to Ken who fixed our car in no time. He was so polite and helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns and took good care of us. He let us know what's going on with the car and kept a good communication with us. The car was fixed way earlier than we expected and did a FANTASTIC job. I was very pleased and satisfied. He even vacuumed inside my car. My car looks as good as new. He even offered to deliver the car to my house since that's our only car. I will definitely suggest this repair shop to all of my friends and family members. thank you for everything

Great people, I just wanna say for it being a paint, body, and glass shop it is immaculate from to top to bottom cleanest ship I've ever been into. The people are thorough, prompt, understanding, super nice, and go over your vehicle and damage before and after they do the work. I will definitely send people to them from their paint and body needs.

All I can say is Wow I cannot believe they are still in business. Todd was so unprofessional he loves to argue, and he hates to be proven wrong!!! Todd also loves to tell you that they replace your OEM parts with OEM parts. When in fact he replaces them with after market parts that do not line up and looks like patch work. This place needs to hire people that care about their customers and their vehicles. STOP DOING THINGS CHEAPER JUST TO PAD YOUR WALLET!! Your customers pay a lot for their vehicles and they hate that they got in a fender bender but they trust you to do the RIGHT THING!! Not take short cuts just to make more money for yourself!! Todd should work somewhere that he does not have to deal with customers !! Because he has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HE LACKS Compassion and empathy for customers..

Had our 2023 Camero reparied after a guy pushed us into a curb damaging both sides. Curbs are rough on fenders, spoilers, tires and, wheels. The folks at Gerber, (Allison, Britney, and Todd), were very professional and kept us informed during the repair progress. Results were very good. Car looks like new again. This is our third vehicle to be repaired at a Gerber facility. All three times we had excellent results.

I took my explorer in after a collision. It was brought from a tow yard to Gerber. When I picked up my car from Gerber my gas tank had 25 miles to empty (even though I filled it up the morning of my accident) and the license plate was missing. It also had significantly more miles on it and I found a hotel key card in the driver side door.
I had to take my car back in almost immediately after I got it because it started making a clanking noise. The rear sway bar was broke but I was told that wasn’t due to the collision - even though it did not do that previously.
A week later my car lost its turbo boost because the hose wasn’t on correctly and I had to take it to another place to get fixed. My horn also rattles now when I honk it.

I drove my car over there and was only requesting someone to look at my window. (Is off track). I saw three people sitting down talking in the shop. The secretary came back and said that they could fit me in next week. I said I was just asking someone to let me show them the problem and no one would even just come lay eyes on. Definitely feel dismissed.

I published the photos of the quality they give. Won’t surprise me if they remove this review and photos though. Sorry service, sloppy, management is poor and Todd is unprofessional and rude. A headache to deal with and quality is a joke. Took it back after they said it was ready and it still looked poor after they “fixed” it. Their answer was *shrug* “that’s how we do it, it comes taped”. Ok, poor quality with terrible customer service is how you run a business then I’ll do my due diligence to let the public know this.Services: Painting
