Gold's Gym Moore is a very nice, spacious gym that is managed very well. The facility offers a dynamic fitness experience with a lot of machines and equipment, including a wide selection of free weights, cardio equipment, and resistance machines, so members can have a good workout no matter their goals. The gym is very spread out with a lot of sitting areas. The bathroom and showers are also super clean. The staff is completely different following a management change and is now exceptional, super friendly, and building a great culture. Trainers are great and extremely knowledgeable. The supplement selection is good and reasonably priced. Some members note that the equipment is showing its age, having remained the same for many years, and they would love to see more added, particularly in the downstairs section. They feel the space could use more cables and updated leg equipment. The only thing missing is a sauna. Overall, it is described as a great, friendly, and inviting gym that many plan to use indefinitely.
I love this gym and I wish that the Sauna well open soon if Vasa was not to far I would of go there because sauna and pool are open. I would of give them 5 star if the Sauna is ooen.

I was a long time member at Golds Gym and I honestly loved it, but it’s disappointing that they never brought back their amenities like the sauna and pool after Covid-19 and still charge premium membership prices. Because of this I’ve left to seek a 24/7 gym that has these type of amenities for the same price.
