I’m getting sick of being ask for donations every time I pay for my stuff. And also the next morning processing time when someone took the bottom part of price stickers and never claimed to buy it with in an hour is also annoying to have to wait to buy the next day. I’ve been told that it is the length of processing time.

Employees lying to customers because they don’t want to do their job is not a good look. I buy stuff from goodwill all the time. Many media items go out without stickers (because employees being lazy and not sticking them on properly or not putting them on at all). In the goodwill POS system there is a prompt to “select media and paperback book” if a sticker is missing. Instead of pressing this button or going and applying a new sticker they instead took the item claiming “there is no way to process through the system until tomorrow”. This is a bold face lie and really isn’t a good way to treat paying customers. But I would not expect any different from nonprofits underpaying employees and letting the government subsidize employee wages while paying executives insane salary’s and selling donated goods at extreme markups!

The store was closed due to construction all around the area, but on here they appeared as open, and it was a very dangerous drive to get back out after I got there. They should update their business information on here when the store is closed and when it is open so the customers know before making the drive there.
