I stopped in planning to buy diamond earrings, though what I really needed was earring repair. The sales staff was so friendly and helpful, and didn’t push me on buying new earrings though they could have.

I had a bracelet break brought in for a repair and the young lady Kasi exchanged, also looked at my ring to see if there was a crack in the diamond like I was told by another Jeweler she advised me of a slight fracture nothing to worry about & took the time to clean my ring, thank you so very much Kasi Gambriell you where wonderful!!! Highly recommend!!!

Ashlyn was wonderful! I came into the store to purchase a Disney ring that I found online, and she was so sweet, knowledgeable and efficient in providing service and to answer all of my questions. I will return to this store just because of Ashlyn's excellent customer service!

Drove 1.5 hrs to have my wife’s wedding band cleaned by the jeweler after asking the lady on the phone if they could specifically steam and polish the rings. Got to the store and she told me that’s not something we just do. Offered to put it in repair for 2 weeks to just get cleaned…. Got lied to. if I wanted the rings dipped in soapy water and dried off I would’ve done that at home.

I had a great experience with Helzberg! I went 3 times to find my engagement ring and the staff was helpful each time. I worked with Ashlyn specifically the last two times and she was just wonderful. She was patient and answered all my questions and made finding the perfect ring so easy. She even went the extra mile and helped my fiancé keep the engagement a complete surprise!
