On October 19, 2023 we purchased two new reclinders from Hoffamn's Furniture in Moore, OK. It is a very nice store with a big selection, great price, free delivery, and very knowledgable and friendly staff. We had already been to two other furniture stores in Oklahoma City with no luck. We had a small issue with the wrong recliner being delivered, but I called and they corrected it right away. We had a great experience and I highly recommend Hoffman's.

We looked at all the big places and finally tried Hoffman’s. We were out the door with our couch ordered in a little over an hour. Perfect couch to fit and we customized what we wanted. It was delivered two weeks ahead of schedule!!!

Hoffmans has the ugliest woman in Oklahoma on their commercials. If this represents the style of Hoffmans, I never want to shop there. They need to replace her before they run all their potential customers away. She is just scary ugly.

The person representing Hoffmans on their commercial is coyote ugly and does no justice to Hoffmans. She needs to go. Really bad for business.

My husband is disabled and on a walker. He called ahead arranged for a purchase. He arrived and bought a chair which was supposed to be in a box to safely bring back the over 2 hour drive home.He gets to the warehouse for pickup and is told that they don't have it, and the only way is to take the one in the showroom (which was ok).He were told that the chair would be disassembled and wrapped so he could get it home safe and assemble it in our house. They loaded it fully assembled toward the wind and then told my husband it was tied in.Once on the interstate, that chair only had a string on a tip of chair and was rocking so hard my husband had to drive 40 on the interstate (can you imagine). On a walker, my husband had to get out and try to lay this huge recliner down on its side.He called and tried to speak with them, and was told they would call right back, which has not happened days later.

I can not say enough good things about the 2 out three stores I have shopped. The one in Stillwater Okla. was excellent. We bought our dining room set from them and a entry table. The pieces are still beautiful. We purchased a bedroom set, kitchen table and chairs, buffet, a zero radius heated recliner from the store in Moore Okla. The staff at both locations were friendly and professional. They have a total excellent package right down to the professional delivery men. We will always shop with Hoffman when we need a piece of furniture.

I love this store. I purchased a full living room sectional and service, plus quality of what I received was great. They worked diligently with me to provide the exact pieces I needed for the space.

We bought a matching reclining couch and loveseat from here 2 years ago. We purchased a 5 year warranty and until about 3 months ago everything has been great. The back of the recliner broke and I attempted to file a claim. It took 2 days to finally be able to talk to a person to find out my purchase of the warranty was NEVER submited as being purchased! I contacted the store and spoke with an extremely rude lady who hung up on me twice and then finally took my number down for a manager to call me back. I spoke with the manager who was absolutely wonderful and so helpful but we are now 3 months into this and they are still giving me the run around. Having 6 kids and 5 grandkids and the holidays coming up it's not ideal to go buy new furniture but at this point I have no choice or sit people on the floor for the holidays. I'd give the manager I spoke with a 5 for sure but unfortunately they have lost our business. That warranty is a joke and we are beyond disappointed.

Purchased two Best brand recliners in 2018. Noticed sometime later that the supposedly identical chairs were quite different in the width of the seat. Oh well. About a year later my chair started coming apart at one corner of the wooden frame. The frame is soft wood, and while there are dowel joints, there is no glue in those joints or at corner braces; all fastening is done with narrow crown staples. The failed joint on mine was due to the staples never hitting the mark properly in the first place. When the seat started caving in causing the mechanism to bind, I figured it out and called the store. I was told the frame did not have a lifetime warranty, only the mechanism. I let the lady know I was sure the frame was also covered and that I had been told so by the salesman. She said it was not, and I told her I would check my paperwork. Sure enough, I found the tag to confirm what I had said. I had let some time pass, but I called the store again and told them I wanted to bring the chair in for warranty. Immediately the lady told me the store had been purchased (not relevant as they are a Best dealer, and it is a manufacturer warranty that they are bound to service). She went on to tell me "lifetime" does not mean my lifetime, but the lifetime of the chair, at which point I told her my parents had four Best recliners that had held up longer, and that was my reason for also coming to Hoffman's to purchase Best. She then said labor charges would be my responsibility (not true, according to my copy of the warranty). She then tried to have me contact Best. Again, my warranty clearly states that claims are processed through the dealer. At this point I told her she seemed determined to not stick up for me on what was clearly a defective product. She insisted there was nothing they could do. I told her she ought to want to correct it as they are still selling Best recliners, and my only option would be to put out reviews of the situation, and I didn't want to do that. She didn't have a response to that. This business has been dishonest with me about the provisions of the warranty, both under the previous ownership, and now again under new owners. Besides being dishonest, they are insulting by offering every lame excuse that comes to mind to try to avoid rectifying the situation to the customer's satisfaction. Not to be trusted.
