DO NOT BUY the 2in1 GE Combo Washer. It doesn’t do anything they say. It takes about 4hours to wash and dry clothes. When its working. Had to return the first machine for a new one. They sent a GE technician and he didn’t even know how the machine worked. He just hooked up his laptop and said it checked out fine. This happened twice. Third time a new guy shows up and actually knew how to work on the stupid thing. Home Depot does not honor anything they just blame GE. If you call GE they blame Home Depot. The Home Depot manager is Alex. He ran and hid when I showed up. Home Depot will never get my business again and if you’re reading this you’re welcome. I now have a $2500 washer/dryer that takes all day to do simple job. Home Depot cant even swap out machines even if I pay the difference. Which means I’m done with them and I have reported them to the BBBureau. This was such an awful experience and a waste of time and money. On a happier note I went to Lowes and bought a refrigerator and everything went just fine.

Me, my fiancé and mother in law were here about an hour from closing time and we had a lot of random items to pick up. Chuck helped us with the PVC. He was very nice and spent a lot of time with us!! Thank you Chuck!

I always enjoy stopping in The Home Depot at this location (Moore, OK) because I find everything I want quickly and without hassle. It's like any home and garden but a step up in the customer service department and professionalism of the employees.

This Home Depot is pretty much like all the rest. What makes this location stand out is their customer service. Seems easier to flag down employees whenever I have a question or need help. Always get in and out quickly. Located near Target on 19th st.

Got a washer delivered today. The “professional” that delivered it hooked out the hot and cold lines wrong. As a result, a load of clothes they should have been washed in cold water got washed in hot. When I called them, I got the run around. Their contracting company doesn’t send people out after 7, even when it’s their mistake, all they can do is fill out and insurance report, etc. No sense of what it means to take ownership of their products or workmanship. I do not recommend this organization at all.

Worst experience I have ever had in customer service. I planned to buy a refrigerator that was on sale to a certain date and they stopped the sale. I took a pic of the sale price that was advertised and management said they can change sales whenever they please. Fast forward 3 months and now they are saying they cannot hold my refrigerator two weeks all while waiting 3 months for the fridge or change the delivery location. Moore Home Depot has lied to my mom for 6 months over a lawn mower that they sold her that was defective and is under warranty. They ripped a loyal veteran school teacher off and first said that they would give her a new one, then they said they already gave it back to her, and then said they lost it, and then found it and tried to blame the defect on her, and then now are saying they are going to charge her to fix it. Big box store with ZERO customer service requirements for their employees. I was shopping shower tile and I asked a few questions to a few associates who were useless help. Once I picked a tile not one offered help to load it in my cart. Again at the register no help was offered to load it. As a female in an unfamiliar environment I can say I won't be back to that store!!!

Horrible service, incompetent staff, rude, lazy and unprofessional. DO NOT do the curbside pickup. Unorganized and not even following their own guidelines, and it took me longer than it does to go inside.

I have been buying from this Home Depot since the first week it was open! I have always had great service, the personnel on the floor have always been very helpful to me. They give classes for different projects every Saturday, even for the kids, and they are very knowledgeable and understanding when I ask questions. I do most of my own home repairs since I am retired and the personnel on the floor are very knowledgeable of their product areas and even some other areas. I am a senior citizen and when my finance' passed away a couple of years ago, several of the employees were there for me with a hug and an understanding ear when I went into the store. I want to say that they are like family to me! I think the sales at Home Depot are great! So glad HD is close to my house and they have the people who care about their customers in this store.

i shopped for quite a while tryibg to find wood to make a table. waited in line. didn't know there wasn't price info on the wood. the cashier told me i had to go back to the opposite corner to get the price info. when i asked if someone could check it so i didn't have to go all the way back she said no. i left without my purchases.
