Called today to make sure they would be open. And the lady that was on the phone with me said they would be open till 7pm. Show up at 4pm and they are closed. Wasted time and money going here. Unexceptable.

went as a walk in towards the end of business hours and was assisted by peggy. she was absolutely wonderful!! she was very patient, very thorough and just a a general kind and helpful demeanor!! have had a bad experience at other companies and was not very optimistic about going into jackson hewitt but decided on a whim to try. thanks to peggy everything went quick and smooth and had GREAT results! thankful to peggy for her time and help she is a wonderful representative for jackson hewitt and we will definitely be returning clients!!

I had a terrible experience. I dropped off my W2 and it took 3 days to complete a simple return. No calls to let me know they couldn't get it done right away. I will never use y'all again, especially at this Moore location on NW 12th
