Used to be great, then became good, and has recently become absolutely not worth the money. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Had confirmation e-mail and text showing appointment, yet their systems did not. Clearly a system issue, yet Caleb, the supposed on-duty manager, decided he didn't want to deal with it. He scurried away to text, then call someone, then came back and seemed annoyed an issue was taking place. When asked if there would be compensation for being delayed to another appointment he decided I was no longer worthy of an appointment. When asked to speak to someone higher, he stated corporate would be it. He was clearly rattled, jittery, and working through some emotions, but gave off horrendous customer service. I had not raised my voice, called names, or belittled, but rather was asking if there would be compensation. That was enough to set him off. He even snapped at the one party that had an appointment show up in the system when they were trying to tell him some from their party were in the restroom. Absolute pathetic customer service and ended my hopes of ever returning to this studio, which sadly had taken each of my son's annual photos for ten years.

The place is good, the photographer and the Manager are friendly. But the quality of pictures and the way they photograph you is awful!
ALL pictures were taken without analyzing, thinking or even observing our pose or reactions. They were all amateur! Anyways, the photographer is a novice though and she was so tired that even doesn't want to give attention to details.
Overall a fair experienced because their attitudes toward customers were ood but will not recommend for a photoshoot to anyone. Not a good product-outcome to keepsake.

I took my daughter to get her graduation pictures done and the young lady tht helped us was very helpful she also had graduated frm Moore high school and made my daughter very comfortable we enjoyed the experience. Thank you?

Really impressed with Doris's customer service skills. This is a well run establishment that brings one back to fonder times when customer service was the most important thing. Great photo skills also. 5 strong stars for this Penneys location.

Wait times are a little long if you go later in the day, but the employees in the studio are extremely awesome! Ali was so patient and kind to my pug and I (even though my pug was a bit rambunctious and ornery throughout the session). Ali managed to get some great shots of him and I was so pleased.If you want some cute pictures of your furry companions, take them to Ali. She’s worth the wait!!

Omg!!! This place is amazing and I had my pictures within 10 days and that included a holiday. I've used other jcp portraits and it took longer. I was very impressed. I've already made another appointment.

The photographers are always high energy and creative. They engage with my kids and use the photo props I bring to make unique photos. My kids look genuinely happy in photos and not like they are faking smiles when we go there.

The photographer was an hour late to our appointment. She didn't get any good photos of my newborn and he was a well behaved angel. I didn't purchase any photos from the session. Waste of time!
