He had samples of the different designs and colors along with the assessories we could add to our shower. There was absolutely no pressure, and when he left we felt confident that we had chosen the best company to redo our shower. We cannot say enough good things about Bathfitters and the employees we had contact with during our purchase and installation! Would not hesitate to recommend Bathfitters to anyone wanting a quality product with professional installation.”

We needed to match tile that’s no longer made, but Misty was great. She found options that were close. Scheduling was easy, and Pedro did a fantastic job with the installation. The whole process felt seamless and low-stress.
The only thing I would note is the charge for furniture moving when we did the bulk of it ourselves. I was surprised that only one person showed up, it was a two-person job. That part felt a little off, but it didn’t take away from the overall great experience. The floors look beautiful, and we’re really happy with the result!”

Though countertops are not there speciality, they had one that will work for my small kitchen. They have a 90 day return policy which is always a good thing.”

“Had Metro do wood floors for us several years ago. Great. Then we had plumbing issues, in an older home, and part of out floors had to be re done. We shopped around, but Metro had what we wanted, a good time line, and competitive price. The customer service can't be beat. Sergio, our tile installer, is unbelievable. The cut in between tile and wood floor is seamless. Such talent!. Very happy with the outcome.”
