She was very pleasant to talk to and called to remind us of our appointment with the salesman, and also to schedule our installation. Steve, our salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable about the product, design, and materials. He helped us design the walk in shower that best fit our needs. He had samples of the different designs and colors along with the assessories we could add to our shower. There was absolutely no pressure, and when he left we felt confident that we had chosen the best company to redo our shower. I was in the middle of a difficult situation after a contractor left my home in disarray with unfinished work, damage, and a timeline that had completely fallen apart. The store frequently has clearance items marked down from 25-75%. We were exploring the wall decor and left with about 30 pieces, several of them large canvas prints, for about $300.”
