Needed help loading 10 bags of paver sand and had two employees swing by and make short work of getting it and loading into my truck. THANKS!! Also wanted some slug and snail bait but they didn’t have any😳

I went in to do a refrigerator exchange (do not buy a Frigidaire) and everyone was so incredibly kind and helpful. I’ve spoken to just about every member on the management team at this point and they have been nothing but helpful thus far. I’ve made it a point to tell everyone I know that’s it’s been a pleasure doing business with them as the fridge return had nothing to do with Lowe’s and everything to do with the manufacturer (Frigidaire). They have been very communicative throughout this entire process which I genuinely appreciate.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Always willing to help you find what you are looking for. If one employee does not have the product knowledge,location or use they will contact a teammember that does..Also not afraid to say if they don't know rather then make up something

HORRIBLE "customer service" at the Moore, Oklahoma location!!!
I just left the store after waiting over 20 minutes in line behind ONE other customer, during which, there were THREE other employees at the PRO Desk chatting with each other watching me wait. I didn't think much of it as I figured that cashier was closed and the person in front of me was needing extra help, so I waited and waited. After 20 minutes other customers went over to the closed line at the Pro Desk and they just rang them up. I said to one of them, "You mean you could've rang me up this whole time?" To which I was ignored. I asked a very rude cashier named Caroline why she didn't tell me that they could cash me out and she said, the lady was busy. I'm not blind or deaf! They weren't doing anything but talking to each other! Extremely disappointed as I've shopped for decades at your stores.

Dirty store right when you walk in. Went into a few aisle and there were pallets and product on the floor, seems like an OSHA violation to me. Ever since they got their new store manager everything went down hill for this store unfortunately. Very understaffed. All self checkout causing it be slower to check out. I only go to Home Depot now, they are always staffed and clean!

BUMP HEAD IS TERRIBLE Unable to purchase replacement head. THEY EXPECT YOU TO MAIL YOUR KOBALT WEED EATER TO MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIR. 40 volt electric trimmer.
I have been a cardholder since 2011.
All you need to know is a 30-day return on outdoor equipment.
I want to add, 30 day return on something with a 5-year warranty...
Kobalt 40 volt weed eater.. The bump head to release string is impossible to work.......
As we can see, there is no response from Lowes.....
Obviously, they do not care...
Basically, just buy a new one if you have a problem..
The trimmer won't work at all. Don't buy one because you will be tempted to share the battery with other items....
I now have a hedge trimmer, a blower, and a trimmer....
Batteries for all, and they are all useless to use on the weedeater.
If they improve this head and sell it, I would buy one.
I read one of your priorities was customer service.
You'll need to prove that statement..
And now, no registers open. Self check out. I'm not paid to do so.. obviously..
Not enough employees to help with any questions that you might have.
I'm still struggling to make this work. After getting line loaded and starting trimming, the line won't feed. I have to set the head on solid surface, push button, and pull string with pliers. Every time I use this, I'm upset. Thanks, Lowes, for not caring about customer satisfaction.
I add to this everytime I use this. It is the worst.
Using it reminds me how truly bad it is.

The self check out is horrible I had an employee stop me from scanning my own items at self check out and she scanned them for me might as well bring cashiers back if that’s the point of “self check out”

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
I had a terrible experience at this Lowe’s location.
ROBERT was rude and unhelpful, and I was shocked at how unprofessional he was, while working at this store.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.
