Nice selection and knowledgeable staff. To possibly avoid a lengthy fitting and color selection, consider putting your thoughts together in the app. It allows you to literally walk through it all beforehand. —During the months of prom going into wedding season, I’d suggest having more than two people helping to select and size for tuxedos. We were 2nd in line when we signed in at 6:20p on a Tuesday. The two customers in front of us were already selecting their colors and sizing when we came in. We were finally called an hour later, didn’t walk out until 8:30p. I think there should be a better plan for this time of year, maybe the colors and patterns easy to look at and see while waiting, even if it’s just a chart, it may help move it along at least. Luckily we had nearly picked out everything before we even walked in and I think it would be beneficial to have someone meeting us with a brochure/color chart, etc., upon arrival. Other than the 2.5 hours from entry to exit, my son and his girlfriend left happy with the selection and their choices so for that I’m thankful! Just pencil in 3 hours if you plan to visit. If you’re in a hurry, you may need to call first to see how busy they are, or plan for another day.

Bought a suit from here and the employee took the tags off without asking. Noticed something was wrong and tried to take the suit back the next day for return and was told I can’t. The return policy on their website directly contradicts what the in-store employee says. I wouldn’t buy anything from here in the future if I were you. The employees were also rude lol.

I went to this store on February 26th 2024 to get fitted for MY wedding. I told them the suit and everything and they made it seem like everything was all good and said I didn’t even have to pay that day. I leave thinking all is well just for my friend in my wedding party to tell me that none of my information is in the group and I don’t have a suit whatsoever. So now hoping they are even going to be able to help me with this transaction again and get me a suit that I actually wanted for the wedding in time would be nice but I know I will not be going back to this specific men’s wearhouse. Tired to talk to them today about it and the guy could tell I was upset on the phone and said “well I’m going to go to give you some time to cool off”

I would love to give 0 stars after having a horrible experience with the store manager, Carlen. Originally we came in for my fiance to get fitted for a jacket and the size had to be ordered the week prior and it ended up being too small. We then came back to the store and did an exchange for the correct size. During the time we were there, Carlen did the exchange for us and got it ordered. When we get home I notice that the one that has been ordered is showing a price of $100 less but wasn’t refunded to us. I call up to the store and speak to a lady asking why we weren’t refunded the difference if the jacket is now on sale. She said it was an even exchange when clearly it wasn’t. She told us to come back the next day and talk to Carlen again since she couldn’t figure it out. When we get back to the store the next day, we explain the situation about how we would like to refund our money of $279.99 and rebuy the jacket for $179.99 and get our $100 back. Carlen claimed he didnt see why we would do that because that wouldn’t be fair to the store. So instead of thinking of the customer, since this is a customer facing job and making sure your customers are happy and will return, he tried to screw us over. We then requested a full refund and we will not be returning to mens Wearhouse for any of our business and we will share our experience with all of our friends. If this is what mens wearhouse practices and decides to put this kind of management in place, then y’all should be ashamed. I’ve been in customer service my whole working life and would never have treated a customer like he did us.

I was in the store for over 20 minutes and tried on 6 pants and other items, no one said anything to us except hello. Customer service needs some help here.

Terrible experience. Do not waste your money here.The suits are overpriced. We paid almost $300 for a day rental. They size you and when the suit doesn’t fit they blame it on you. Will not recommend to anyone.

If only I could give zero stars. We walked in looking for a suit for a wedding. NOONE greeted us and we walked around the entire store without any acknowledgement so we left and decided to go to their OKC store on May Ave . Same scenario but worse. Horrible customer service undeserving of my dollars ?

This is an outstanding Men's Warehouse location. In house tailor with decent prices and good work, which is great. And, I found the salesmen and staff to be attentive and helpful.

Like shopping at this location and keep those mannequins dress nice, at times I'll purchase the intier outfit keeps me from matching what looks great. Two thumbs up.

I visited Men’s Wearhouse in Moore with my husband to find him a suit for a short-notice event. We were very impressed! Tracy was fabulous and made sure that he got everything he needed and that he felt comfortable and confident in the clothing. They were even able to accommodate same-day tailoring on a Sunday. There was a great variety of jackets, pants, shirts, accessories, etc. Definitely recommend.

Was an incredible experience! Spoke with a very nice young lady initially, went in later that evening. I wanted to buy a tux for an upcoming cruise in December. I found what I wanted. It was a tux on clearance. At first I wanted a classic black tux.However after trying it on, I liked the gray color. I purchased the tux. Paid for the alterations. And purchased a silk pocket square. It was a bit of a wait for the alterations. But I was in no hurry.It was all well worth the wait. Back In the spring, I had previously bought a tux shirt, ties, and vest. As well as dress shoes. The whole combination works well together. The staff was personable, and professional. I’m quite pleased. This is my second purchase from Men’s Warehouse. Thank You, I will return again. Very disappointed in the tux my son was put into! My son’s entire fraternity rented tuxedos for their big banquet. I was not with him when he went into get fitted nor was I with him when he picked it up. My son informed me how bad the young man was when he was getting fitted. Just didn’t really seem to pay attention to what he was doing. I asked well did they take your measurements for the coat and pants? He said they did. So i figured it should be ok. WRONG When my son went to pick it up he said he tried it on, well being his first tux ( and he is a big guy) he focused on the fitting part as he could get the pants on and closed, same with the jacket. So he took it on to his house, no worries until I saw him in it. His jacket sleeves were to short came up his arm about 3 - 4 inches. The pants were way way to short. It looked like a little kid trying on last years clothes and figuring out he had grown several inches. When I called the young man I spoke to was not at all concerned about the situation, was more worried about putting the blame on my son then the company’s job of making sure that this fit correctly. At the time I called he asked if my son had tried it on when he picked it up, I didn’t know the answer for sure and told the employee that. So he went into well if he tried it on that’s when he should of this and he should of that… I said what should of happened is we should be able to rely on the professionals of this store to make sure he looked right! That wasn’t what happened. The employee told me well I guess you can talk to the manager if you want. I did not at that time until I could talk to my son and get more details. I have not called back due to an illness, however they had my sons number as well but he never received any calls back from them either.
