this is the worst place i’ve ever lived, yes they are cheap and that is why!!! i’ve lived here 4 years. the friend that lived here before me had the same issues as me as well. it is God awful here there are tweakers running around the apartment complex, people that call the police for music, i tripped and fell one day and had the police at my door for noise, this apartment complex is ghetto and disgusting. there are roaches everywhere infesting the apartments, and the land lady has done so many drugs im convinced she has made herself stupid! (she had to be evicted out of my uncles trailers because she was doing drugs and never paid rent) she tells lies and makes stuff up on people she doesn’t like. i DO NOT recommend living here if you are trying to stay long term!
linda was awesome when i first moved in the new land lady susie brown is a problem for everyone!! even dating the tenants! talk about unprofessional.

I have lived here over 3 years they spray every 3 months never had any real issues linda has been great always willing to help my lease is up soon looking to sign another lease

I was so excited to move in to these apts and as time went on this complex has went quickly downhill. They do absolutely nothing to make the complex better. They do no upgrades, they make you pay for things that an apartment complex and manager should do. The apt manager was a very pleasant lady in the beginning but again as time went on she goes to other tenants for information. She use to treat me like a real person then I take it we have some he said she said type people. She apparently believes what they say instead of finding things out on her own or going by the fact rent is paid never late, how they take care of things. I've had some terrible luck in 2020 partly because I'm to nice, to trusting in 20 year relationships. I've been taken for granted and also lost quite a bit. I was even told my lease may not get renewed because of a situation she was ultimately responsible for. My apt has flooded 3 times. The first time she did get me a room but the following times knowing my apt was flooding the manager went on home and did NOTHING until that Monday!! A friend and myself had shampooers going sucking up water and fans helping just to keep it away from my solid wood furniture. I was livid about the entire situation. My carpet is pieced together and it looks terrible but no care is giving to things. During the last flooding my 55"inch Samsung Curve TV was broke by the carpet man or her new maintenance man. I believe it was her negligence it happened. Be careful how you say things. I said I wanted my TV replaced so when the manager finally accepted responsibility she gave me a check she took my Samsung Curve and will not give it to me!! All because of how I said REPLACED!!!!! I PAID A LOT FOR MY SAMSUNG and yes I have a new TV it's nothing compared to the cost of my curve. Things aren't done correctly just enough to say it's fixed. There was a fantastic maintenance man Brandon. He fixed things right and the manager fired him and I know there was no valid reason she let him go!! Since then this complex has been going downhill. I won't recommend Moore Manor to anyone because of how things are handled here. There's a lot of stealing going on. Things that are put in our area's trying to make things look nicer. Things are taken on a daily basis so I got camera's and I've literally seen them and nobody will do anything. Safety of tenants isn't even a thought. You will be wanting to move or will you be happy. Think twice about even thinking about Moore Manor.

Not marijuana friendly even with your medical card also my money order was stolen from the management and at first she took responsibility had a police report and contacted Western Union and the end she would not renew my lease the management or her family got me for 545.00

Amazing still a current tenant and these are managed and maintained as well as any, and regardless of any other people ratings they keep the criminal activities closely to keep out unwanted situations hats off to them and the moore police for their hard efforts

The apt manager allows someone to stay there who is not on the lease and his name is on other apt complex lease. In the same apt a person smokes marijiuana without a medical card.

Love this complex!!! Owners and staff are awesome. Only negative reviews are on negative lifestyles. Wouldn’t live anywhere else!!!!

A roach infested apartment. I can't wait to move out. Landlord when we first moved in was awesome. New management sucks. They keep telling us nobody has roaches. I'm paying for my own roach killers.
We moved in on no pet deposit, because carpet needed to be replaced. A year and a half later, they decide they want a pet deposit . These used to be good apartments , not anymore. And the landlord likes to try to tell you how to live. If I wanted a control freak, I would have stayed with my ex husband.
