Got an oil change here a couple times which no problem, always filled correctly. I usually get home and check my engine bay to see if they filled everything and if my oil was filled properly. I noticed the guy was putting the cap back on one of my reservoirs and was turning it hard like it was tight but it kept going. As I checked it at the house, he crossed threaded it all the way down. Luckily it's plastic and I took it off and put it on correctly. As a mechanic you know simple things like this and it shouldn't have happened. Will never return there again. It sucks because they are right around the corner but it is what it is.
