Just left this old Navy today and didn’t enjoy my experience. The manager today had on some colorful glasses and an even more colorful attitude she did not want to help or assist us and honestly came off very classist and racist. But shop where ya want this is Oklahoma. The young woman at the cash register though was very sweet and kind.

This is my favorite Old Navy in the metro!
The store is organized, well-stocked and the associates are so helpful. I wanted to especially highlight the manager Nolan, and the helpful cashier Patrick I think his name was. I was having big issues with using my Old Navy Card, and they worked really hard to make sure I was able to sort out my issues. And they were so kind and full of patience, even though they were so busy and I had a bundle of worn out kids with me.
Kudos to the team at the Moore Old Navy!

The fact that they don't stock tall sizes in the store is so behind the times and infuriating. I needed to stop in the store last minute for a pair of pajama pants for our family Christmas photos we had that day and they had nothing that fit me so it really put a damper on our family day. I wish I could post a photo but the pajama pants come down to about an inch ABOVE MY ANKLE. Shame on you Old Navy.

Bought a pair of black jeans from here about a month ago. The smell still has not come out, even through countless vinegar washes… went so far as to make all other clothes washed with the jeans STINK with that distinct smell that old navy clothes have.

Yay! Old Navy still has their straight jeans. That makes me happy, those are the most comfortable casual jeans that I like to wear at work or at home. Glad I caught this little sale and saved a little money

My family and I were treated like we were going to steal something. The entire time an older woman just kept eyeballing us and circling around only my family. We felt targeted and unwelcomed. My younger daughter overheard the older woman saying to another female employee some racist comments. Besides this the store was hot and even more uncomfortable to shop in. However the bright side to this awful experience is the young lady in the fitting room. She was extremely helpful, polite and knew sign language which was a blessing to us, whereas most people are rude and unknowledgeable as if there is something wrong with us. Thanks to the sweet young lady with the long beautiful hair that helped us on an unpleasant shopping day in Moore Oklahoma Old Navy.
