These are just great people, specifically the kitchen. Misty had a beaming smile on her face the whole time she was serving us, and after we ordered our food she confirmed our order with us and asked if I wanted toppings on my burger and said most people didn’t know they came plain, and I’m glad she did ask because I didn’t know that. I actually ended up changing a lot of things about my order, Misty didn’t seem the least bit agitated or annoyed, much the opposite, she seemed happy to be as helpful as possible,
Management, I can’t think of anyone who deserves a raise more right now, Misty is the only one I can mention by name but your kitchen staff as a whole is wonderful, please recognize them for it

I really like this location but lately I’ve been having issues with employees being rude, standing around talking without helping, and even cussing and talking bad about people in front of customers. Garrick is always so helpful though and I always make sure to check out at his register. He always stays focused and helps people even when others don’t!

It's 11pm on a Friday night a NO Coffee!!!! Never again this is the 3td time now Wow! Just Wow! Don't recommend and the lady at counter had an attitude.

This is a convenience store but every time the employees need to do their job it’s an inconvenience. Heather, if you don’t like your job quit the night crew is so rude here.

Today a cashier was very rude to me for no reason and said I had a fake driver's license and told me it was someone else and that I was ugly on my driver's license and told me not to come back with that same id. Sorry but no fake id here not sure what to do now.. this dude was mix black guy.

The staff is Always friendly, Bathrooms Always clean, service is Quick,and the Coffee is the Best! My #1 choice convenient store.

My credit card is cracked and I’m waiting for a new one one to come in. Multiple times at multiple OnCues in the area I have put in my card manually. Chris, the manager, said OnCue doesn’t do that and no stores do that. 🙄 if you’re the manager, know how to complete every type of transaction.

Never any receipt tape in the machines, half of the card readers do not work and staff is uncaring and rude.
Will just stop going to any of the sites, started out as great stations and now they are worse than the dirty 7-11’s

Got 2 onion burgers and fries from the grill. Eddie was an AWESOME COOK!!! The burgers and fries were terrific. The staff there was AMAZING!!! Will definitely be back for more of those burgers and fries!!!!

At 12:30 today March 16 at the 411 SW 4th St, Moore, OK 73160 location, we tried to pour a Diet Pepsi fountain drink. No soda came out. Just the white carbonation. We informed what appears to be a store manager (observing other workers). Her response was “yeah I know”, shrugged her shoulders and walked behind the registers to continue watching the other workers.

As a Lyft driver, I consistently stop in for drinks and to refuel. Every once in a while during my lunch, I will nap in my car. Has never been an issue until tonight. 10 minutes into my 30 minute nap and a larger woman with glasses startled me by banging on my window. Didn’t ask me how long I would be there, didn’t start off the conversation with any pleasantries, instead snapped at me and said you can’t sleep in our parking lot. She had taken a break from gathering the trash to single me out. It’s unfortunate, but seeing as to how quick trip is right up the street, I may need to adjust my nightly habits. If her approach had been a little more professional, or if it had even been just a tap on my window instead of the banging she used, I might feel a little different.
Posted a photo of her with identifying tattoo, didn’t want to do a face shot out of what little respect I have left for this location.
