Do not take your dog to be groomed here. They are horrible people and then wont take your call because your upset they just put a razor to my dog and shaved him completely. He was a perfect cut schnauzer that the same person grooms him so they know plus its in the notes and they discuss with you when u drop off. I am livid still my baby boy is ruined. He had the best hair ever and had no Nats whatsoever. Plus he is in complete stuck mode for some reason ever since we picked hi. Up. So stay clear of that place. Also they are not good people to leave your animals with I promise.

Excellent groomers, one of them actually caught suspicious areas on my dog we we were unaware of; cancer! A quick surgery intervention for our furry kid with what could have progressed to something for worse. Add to that, the Furminator and trim for our malamute is excellent. My dogs ignore the toys and head straight back to the grooming center - if they were treated badly, they wouldn't be trying to run to the salon .

Your employee with the red hair (he/she), cashier, needs to be retrained in customer service.. Didn’t say a single word from start to finish of the transaction, then tried to short change me. No apology, no thank you, nothing… Please remove him from assisting customers if he plans to proceed in this manner….

Asked a worker for help finding an item that said was available online but the location listed above the tag on the shelf was empty. She was NO help at all!! The item was actually on an end cap a couple of aisles over. She didn't mention that it could be in another location. I guess if you really want something you'll just have to look all over the store to find it yourself.

I used to get royal canin shih tzu wet dog food delivered to my house, there was no quantity of 12 but now they want 12 not just cans but boxes of which it comes 4 to a box so thats 147 dollars for 12 boxes of 48 cans. Ridiculous when other wet dog food its only 12 cans. Not real happy and I will not be having them deliver to my place again

Had my boxer bathed
Groomer took her straight back and said they would call when she was close to being done. They do not put short nose dogs in crates do to their trouble breathing when excited.
She was done in about 30 minutes.
When I arrived she was setting up front with one of the groomers who explained she was a little damp because the dryer scared her.
I was glad they did not stress her.
I have an appointment next week for my second dog.
If things turn out the same they will be seeing me a lot as we have 3 dogs.

We had appointments beginning at 11:30 for our 4 dogs in order from largest to smallest. The first appt was for an 80 lb puppy. Because it takes forever to corral these dogs into a car, drive 30 min through traffic and get them into the store, we were 16 minutes late. I am exact with that time because Petsmart canceled the first appointment at 11:45 (by text, which can't be read while driving). I understand and am okay with that, fair enough. However, when we tried to shift the dogs forward and not groom the smallest we were told that because they had a no-show groomer and it was inconvenient, they would not bathe the big dog. In the end, because we live 30 min away, we canceled all 4 appt. And we will not be back.

Everytime i went there always has an issue. They never match the price for you even though it’s from petsmart. Always said every store is not the same so how come it’s name Petsmart. I NEVER HAS PROBLEM WITH THE ONE ON I240 or norman. Very bad
