This place is a joke they call 24/7 they harass you about your payments and make you feel like a pile of poop. They say things like well you chose to come to us we didn’t go to you… I have been paying on my couch for a year and a half and still owe the sticker price lol!! Caution beware!! The work flow process is a joke. Btw I have never missed a payment.. ever!! Go some where else I would never go here there is plenty of other companies that care for there clients.. this is not one of them!!! Buyer be ware!!! The employees just do as they will! I will be calling corporate on Monday and writing a letter and email! This place needs to be shut down! Go read the other bad reviews of this place I’m 100% sure they are telling the truth!! Stay away stay far away!! Use other companies please I’m warning you.

Was renting a PC went to go get it fixed told me my warranty was no good and I did not take out their insurance so they could not fix it had a year left on it already paid a year on it so I gave it back and I will no longer use Rent-A-Center

Went online to shop for a washer a dryer and found a nice grey LG set and placed the order and within a few days had it delivered and the RAC delivery guys had it all hooked up and ready to go. Only thing I’m disappointed on is the deep scuff/scratch on the front I was not told or aware of, they’re just cosmetic but would’ve been nice to know beforehand

Most people who have problems with RAC (Or give one stars), Can’t understand that they don’t allow you to miss a payment. They are not credit based so ofc they are gonna call you…However they have great service at the moore location. With the new management they’ve changed the atmosphere to “let me do everything to take care of my customers.” Like switching out a used couch for a brand new one and all my money was transferred over to that sets total cost…. Rachel is a rockstar!
