Great gym with an awesome vibe. Clean facility, solid equipment, and friendly staff that make you feel welcome the second you walk in. You can tell they actually care about the members and the overall atmosphere. Definitely one of the better gyms around.

We have been going to Shape for 15 years and it has its ups and downs but overall it's like a family to us. The new employee, (l haven't got her name yet) is very nice and welcoming.
