I purchased a BaByliss Pro Flat Iron from this location. Spend over $120 (not cheap). Six month into using this product, one of the warmer plates stopped working. I called store and was directed to contact manufacturer as they do not complete in-store replacements. Upon Googling company and emailing twice with no response, I called store back and lady working was not helpful at all. She has horrible customer service and no patience in helping customers with a defective product that she supports on the self. She told me that I had to figure it out myself. IMO, if you are selling a product you should have a willingness to help make it right!! Take the time to help customers navigate the manufacture website to complete the process.
I would not recommend shopping here if this is how they treat their customers!
Honestly lady, if you choose to be in customer service and don't want to help people, then you should find another job where you are not interacting with people!

DO NOT recommend the state beauty supply in moore! i had bought a shampoo and conditioner from them and after trying it out, it made my hair feel like there was SO much product left in my hair EVEN when i double rinsed my hair, TERRIBLE! they don’t do “buyers remorse” it’s actually BAD PRODUCT you put out on the shelf! just to let everyone know!

I have felt welcome for the past 8 years until today when an older man made me feel like I was in the wrong place or like I wasn't licensed. He heard me the first time I spelled my name and acted like he didn't understand and then questioned where I was working. This experience could have been better.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! I have been in the store many times and am a loyal customer, however, I went in today and the tall thin lady that helped me was most definitely the most rude employee I have ever encountered. That being said, I will relay the information and just hope that I can warn everyone about this location and this employee. Please be ready to be discriminated against!
