Very friendly staff and dedicated to customer satisfaction. My son saw the footlong cookie commercial and had been waiting until it was my week to get them to try it. Everyone in the city was sold out and this location had them and was about to close. She took my call and made one fresh at closing time. My son said that morning it was the best packed lunch ever! ?

Fin & Leroy was amazing, I critique restaurant's exclusive 5 star and mom and pop resturants to fast food franchise and Leroy is one of class manager, my experiences have been, and take note,that some of the best superior restuarants that thrive not just scrape by but really prosper is this type of management, Geniune,engaging, remembering their clients. Funny with a splash of being eccentric, he gave the grandkids a free cookie and that's the hook. but I have been back 3 times in 10 days. Haven't been in years because of" Past " rudeness. But treat them good and they will return, even if the food is not so good. Thank you Fin & Leroy

Serenity and her coworker were an absolute delight, great conversation and service. Food was very fresh and they didn't mind my requests at all. Very nice.

This is the slowest Subway in Moore, yet it is the closest to my home. I frequently subject myself to a longer wait to avoid driving further. Well, today, in an empty store, it took them over 10 minutes to make a single sandwich. As I watched the Artist ever so slowly and carefully take apart the turkey, fold each slice, and gently rest them upon my sandwich with moves so calculated and deliberate I could not help but wonder... are they high or are they messing with me? I could have gone to another Subway, ordered the same sandwich, paid, and driven back to this Subway before they finished my 6 inch. I think I'll just drive the extra mile from now on.

My order was never taken cuz I left. They had 3 people working but only 1 making sandwiches with a full lobby. Whoever the black dude with the busted up fro is , he is no bueno for your business, he shouldn't be handling people's food. Unsafe practices. Won't be back and I Called corporate and health department.

Understaffed and since the remodel and the new management … my daughter who is still in school is now working 4-midnight every night as they have hardly any workers. On top of that the new manager won’t even let them have a sandwich to eat ! I mean if all I had was 2 maybe 3 high schoolers working for me that’s the least I could do is give them a 6 inch sandwich . Also Tip if you can ! I never knew to tip them cash! They don’t give them the electronic tips from cards !! And barely pay them above minimum wage. . .Subway could be a better employer this is why I gave a2 star review . Food is good and new restaurant atmosphere is pretty and nice - but they could do their employees better ! My daughter is still in school and they have her working. 35 hours a week after school and don’t even treat her well at all.
