I went into this T Mobile location and was helped by Nicole. She was super professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention, kind and courteous. It was hands down, the best experience I've had in a phone store. Two thumbs up!!!

They told us we could get the $1,000 iphone trade in promotion and pur plan would only go up by $10 a month. I call tmobile corporate and they not only told me my plan would have to go up $30 a month but the trade in was only $350. And the store also said they made the change in my plan but instead did nothing....they outright lie to you to get a sale!

I want to sincerely thank Lorenn, the associate that helped resolve an issue I had. I tried calling, chatting, went to other locations. She is very knowledgeable & resolved my issue that many others with the company gave me the run around on. This location has very friendly, professional, & knowledgeable staff & do a great job!! Kudo's to Lorenn!! T-Mobile is blessed to have her working for the company.

My boyfriend and I went to this store June 22nd to add a line to his account. We were told that there would be nothing due except the taxes so we went ahead with the process. The employee helping us got to the point of attaching the phone to the account and then informed us that the system was requiring over $600 down on the device which was almost the entire total of the phone. The employee reached out to customer care to try to figure out what was going on and we got no actual answers so we decided to not move forward. The employee did not remove the second line so we got quite a surprise with an almost $300 bill for July. I was supposed to have been added as an authorized user, and that did not happen. The employee changed his billing to paperless without asking and we did not want it paperless. All together between my boyfriend and I we have had to go up there 5 times to get the problem handled and still never got it resolved. We ended up having to go to the corporate store on Western and not only did I manage to get the phone I was supposed to get with nothing but the taxes, but they got everything this store messed up fixed and the line added in under an hour. I recommend saving time on going to this store and just go to the corporate store on western.

For the most part I like this location but I swear, if they have more than 2 customers in front of you, expect your wait time to be forever until they even acknowledge you. Most of the time I'm just coming in for the free TMobile Tuesday swag, that should take less than 30 seconds but I'll be in the store for 30 MINUTES. I'm somewhat exaggerating the numbers but trying to make a point. If the workers could just quickly ask customers what they are coming in for when they enter, they could probably help multiple customers at once while at the same time helping customers who need longer amounts of attention, like setting up a new phone. They should have an express line or something similar.

Amazing customer service! Was in and out in a jiffy! The store was super clean and Kayla was so helpful and fun to talk to. Will definitely be taking care of all my phone needs at this location.

Went in today on my lunch hour. (Shortest hr of the day) Both clerks were helping someone. Andre was helping a customer change his pin that needed a translator. He was so patient with him. He multi-task and helped me and I was out in 15 min. Thank u

We went to get a new watch. Lorenn was amazing and such a great help. Nicole, the manager, also helped us. Both were very friendly, answered all our questions and gave us options on what to do. We always have great experiences when we come to this TMOBILE store ❤️

Such a breath of fresh air after having horrible service elsewhere. Kayla was extreme helpful and knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process with such patience. She seemed to genuinely care, which is quite rare nowadays. Great job Kayla!

Was told over the phone that I could go to the store and get a phone I was promised. No such luck, I am disabled and have to get a ride from someone I know or pay for a "uber " . Just wasted my time and money on a trip to the store. No new phone, just same old problems.
