“It was a COLD RAINY night in January. All tow trucks were very busy with ice related accidents. They kept in touch with me concerning their schedule. When their driver, Chris Cherry , arrived AT 8pm, he could not get my automatic transmission into neutral to pull it out of my garage to hook up. He had a mechanical background, and after about 30 minutes he figured a way to temporarily fix the transmission problem. During this time, he was very cheerful and positive minded. This is after he already had a very busy full day. He told me to go to Auto Zone the next day and what part to buy and showed me how to permanently replace and repair my linkage problem. Auto Zone bill was $10.50. Took me 15 minutes to do what he instructed me to do. I saved about $200 shop bill. He went above and beyond with his help.
