I went in with my friend a week ago and the team members immediately assumed we were stealing. We both have worked retail and know what precautions salespeople make in order to ensure inventory control. They used these exact steps on us when we weren’t stealing and had no desire to steal. I don’t want a ginormous shopping tote that I have to carry around for the one tiny Milani powder I planned on buying.

GREAT STORE, BUT RUDE EMPLOYEE (DIDNT GET HER NAME) .. SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING VERY RUDE AND SARCASTIC.

Normally have a great experience here but almost didn’t buy my product due to Zoey behind the counter. I understand a store policy of no photos of ID to use my ulta card even though someone a few days before, AT THIS EXACT STORE, told me to pull it up on my phone because I didn’t have my physical one, but no need to have a nasty attitude when saying it. No apology or promise to discuss with team just “well yeah no she shouldn’t have!” And being spoken to like I’m stupid is really uncalled for. What a mood killer she was. I was excited because I found a last minute thing I needed for my wedding and man I wish the Norman store wasn’t closed right now because giving my money to someone like that really has my blood boiling. Do better Ulta I get retail isn’t the most fun sometimes dealing with people trust me I’ve worked at an ulta before but if you rather chit chat with your friends Zoey instead of assisting the customers in a friendly manner then this isn’t the job for you. And I see from some of these other reviewers this isn’t the first instance of this store having attitude and rudeness issues. Maybe time for a team meeting because I’ll assume that’s not the way Ulta is wanting their store represented but who knows. The 25th can’t come soon enough I’m done with this location.

Customer service is AWFUL! I'm at the point of changing to another place and discarding my credit card due to being so bad no matter ordering online or going in person. I would give it a zero if I could.

Kyla, a hairstylist at this location, is extremely rude and unprofessional. I won’t come back even to shop. Much less would I even consider wasting the money to get a mediocre haircut again. It’s honestly sad and as someone who has been in the beauty industry for 8 years, I cannot imagine treating a client so poorly or being so unprofessional.

I recently recieved a salon service with Kayla. I had an eyebrow lamination, wax, and tint. I am super happy with the results. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I have already rebooked for next time.

I don’t patronize Ulta often but when I do Jen consistently provides stellar customer service. Whether it is a non Ulta item return, Ulta product inquiry or Ulta program question, Jen never seems rushed or bothered to help despite how busy this place is. I am sure the other staff members are the same looking at the reviews for this establishment; but oddly enough, Jen always helps me. Every time I leave Ulta I feel like I need to shop there more often.
