Employees are not knowledgeable on the systems they use or their capabilities. Recommend using FedEx
Also fun fact - UPS charges $3.5 to print a label so they can make money shipping a return. FedEx charged a dollar and didnt even handle the package. Wonder which business model is most successful. 🤔
Also, with all the layoffs and closures at UPS they are handing tons of stuff to the post office to deliver. Missing thousands of service agreements.

The only reason that i will return there is because of Sabrina. She was so polite, she helped ne carry in my heavy boxes. She made sure i was taken ok. The very frustrating part is thst the young lady working with her, i believe Abigail, was not helpful she was busy talking in the back on her ear piece. Customers shouldn't have to deal with such unprofessionalism. If you absolutely have to come to this location please ask for Sabrina!

Sabrina didn’t even want to say thank you after I dropped the package off, I said thank you to her, and she just looked down blindly silent.
Refusing to say, thank you Back . So I said thank you again and then she finally got it.

Price Gouging.
Long overdue review. In August of 2024 I was charged more than double what other UPS stores charge to pack and ship 1 item.
I was surprised at the super high cost and questioned it yet was told by Yazmin that is the only option. I still have the receipt in hand.
Afterwards, knowing that something was 'off', I checked with other UPS locations and received quotes for LESS THAN HALF of what this location charged me. I will not do business nor refer business to this location again.
To the store mgr, I apologize that I didn't contact you immediately afterwards to share this with you, perhaps it could have been rectified.
Consumer beware and be sure to check all your options before committing.

The staff member on duty was superb! He was very quick at downloading and printing my files. When I needed additional copies,
he was right on it! When not assisting me, I noticed he stayed busy within the store doing other duties.

Employess that work on the weekend make customers sit there and wait just to tell you they can't ship something, although it was shipped to me via ups. Make it make sense weekend workers.
