Switched from att big mistake. Service is spotty at best internet is was slower cause I was talked into the welcome plan also told my bill would be cheaper with auto pay absolutely wasn’t. Stuck in a contract for 3 years because I listened to the salesman who they now say doesnt work here. Trust me go elsewhere.

Place is amateur hour every time I go here it gets worse these people are the face of this company and it is the worst service I've ever had in my life
Went to upgrade my phones came home. My new phone was not activated. Phones got ordered to send to my house. This is the most messed up You can mess up a deal. Had to return 3 times!!! Just to get 50 bucks off our next $230 bill wow
Go to another store or change carriers
I don't think they understand. I don't need them. I can go elsewhere. We've been with this company for 12 years and this is an absolute joke of a store. No one here will take accountability for any mistakes and apparently it's all my fault for even walking in the place. Something has to change here! Train these people more or find some confident people.

BEST STAFF! I was having problems with my bill, was being chatged for 2 phones that had been returned. After 7months of useless conversations with Verizon customer service (That's a Joke no customer service was given) I went to this store between Hannah and her Mgr Cathy, they were Finally able to get all my credits and than some! Thank you so much I was about to leave Verizon, I will definitely be a loyal customer to this store.

Been with Verizon for 5 years & every so often I’ll have a negative experience but overall most employees have been very informed & helpful. Today I had the displeasure of being helped by Dennis. He spoke to me in such a condescending tone I actually felt like a child again for a moment. After he switched me to be helped by another specialist (I didn’t catch his name but he was a gem) he proceeded to talk about me to every employee as if I was just some dumb girl who didn’t know what she was talking about. It’s a small space so you can hear everything. Then as I get my papers he finally printed out for me, he decided to add on extra papers just to give me a hard time. I mean he gave me 3 months worth of talk activity for 3 phones. This man is a child himself and should not be talking to customers. After “15 years in this industry” you would think he’s developed a personality besides a bully.

I had an issue with my phone and I thought I was gonna have to spend hundreds to fix. But I took my phone here and they fixed it no charge and so quick! They were a lifesaver after thinking I ruined my phone!

Tyler was wonderful and helped answer all of my questions and concerns, even went out of his way to print off and box up a phone for me when I lost the shipping label. This guy deserves a raise!! 1000/10

Emilio took very good care of me staring new service. Explained everything to me with all the fees and getting a discount with auto pay and got some awesome deals with trading in my old phones and getting my military discount as well. His manager Cathy was also so nice she came up also checked on us while we was doing the transaction made the process so easy with porting my numbers from AT&T. Best experience ever with a wireless company highly recommended coming to this store.

The people is nice and friendly but the customer service for awnsers for Verizon itself is a pain the the butt. And the $200 GIFT cards for line switching was a big pain post to get it back on 12/4/23 just got it yesterday. After 6 calls and they keep telling me wait a week or 2. And emails and screen sharing showing we didn't get it. Takes for ever to talk to someone on phone tried there ai and message didn't get me where I needed and ended up having to recall every time so far. It's easier for me to load up my 4 kids and drive to the store to ask then it is to call version.

POOR service and disregarded me while trying to return a router box and was told that customer service on the phone gives “the wrong information” and belittled me as well as I left the store with “sorry you didn’t get the answer you wanted”. They’re clearly not knowledgeable with how their company works because customer service gladly helped me with the RIGHT information and took in my router box. Don’t let them disregard your concerns or go to another store that will gladly help you.
