POOR service and disregarded me while trying to return a router box and was told that customer service on the phone gives “the wrong information” and belittled me as well as I left the store with “sorry you didn’t get the answer you wanted”. They’re clearly not knowledgeable with how their company works because customer service gladly helped me with the RIGHT information and took in my router box. Don’t let them disregard your concerns or go to another store that will gladly help you.

Can someone help me understand why there are 2 managers (assuming that's what they are) on the floor and tons of people waiting but they can't help anyone. They just stand around and check people in!!! So aggravating!!

Huge shoutout to Vanessa! I came in yesterday as a new customer and she helped me find the right phone for me and hooked me up with 5G home wifi. I cant even begin to tell you guys how amazing she made the experience. Ive never felt so welcomed and comfortable in a place that is typically intimidating and full of people who just want your money. I came in as a customer and left with friends. 10/10 experience.

I came to this store for help and services. But the manager still refused. You don't know why they open doors and why they don't serve. I waste a lot of time. I feel terrible.。Let me open a new number. They lost my original number. It cost me a lot and a lot of trouble. They refuse to admit or correct their mistakes.

I had a great experience at this store! It wasn't too busy or too slow. Aaron helped me and he was so great to work with! Normally, buying/upgrading cell phones is intimidating to me. I'm not that tech savvy and Aaron helped put my mind at ease. He got everything set up on my phone so I didn't have to worry about it. He was also understanding of customers having a learning curve with technology and I really appreciated his patience with me. He also suggested this screen protector that has greatly helped protect my phone. There have been too many times in the past where I've dropped and damaged my phone's screen. I really appreciated his help. The other employees were also really nice. Verizon has been one of my favorite cell phone carrier companies. I appreciate that not only do they have great cell phone service, they have great customer service too! That's a win win for me!

Ive been a Verizon wireless customer for 20+ years & the experience I had with 2 different stores made me embarrassed to be a customer. Being lied to, giving the run around & terrible customer service. This will be the last time I do business with Verizon. I am taking my 20+ years & moving on to a different carrier.
