This pharmacy has more patients/clients than they can handle. From what I gather, the employees are either sparse or overwhelmed or maybe both..The app will reflect something isnāt ready when it may be or it will say itās ready when itās not. And the wait times are crazy⦠BUT I know thereās not a lot they can control on that end.
Unfortunately, I had to switch away recently after not receiving a refill for my meds in time and missing dosesā¦. Maybe if they would have been communicative with me and explained what was going on (didnāt get a shipment yet) before I had to call to learn for myself, I would have given them a chance⦠but Iāve had enough. Itās important for my well being to stay on top of taking my meds everyday, so I had to do what was best for me and I urge others to do the same until this Walgreens gets it together.

The people are nice and the selection is fine but the wait times are ridiculous and a lot of the items are overpriced.

We get texts when scripts are ready for pickup but the pharmacy will close when the pharmacist is out SO why can't we get texts when they close unexpectedly? If scripts are ready for pickup they have already been reviewed by the pharmacist so why can't they be given out. Wasted my time at 8pm 03May2025 trying to pick scripts that are bagged up and ready for pickup

I have sat here for more than 45 minutes waiting for something to be printed. The workers keep walking away. I get it! Youāre busy, but please do your job!! My order was ready at 7:00 AM. I came in at 2:30 to pick it up. The cards were ruined and smudged. I made them reprint them. ā10 minutesā I am writing this now at 3:36, more than an hour. I would rather drive 30 minutes elsewhere than wait here in this chair for any longer. Thanks so much for ruining and wasting my Sunday night! Update: 3:37 They have just now started to cut out my photos.

This store is suckedā¦the service so bad! They donāt care about your prescription u need at all⦠not at all⦠didnāt do the right things or didnāt do the right job! What kind of service of this store??? Not responsible job!

Was waiting to check out and the guy cashier treated an older lady horrible. She couldn't type her phone number in and he said well its been the same format since you were born and kept screaming push the green button. She got so upset and walked out. This is no way to treat customers. Do better Walgreens

Just ran in to make a deposit on my Chime account and Ashley S. was so helpful, kind as well as funny while she showed me how to navigate the process. Super awsome hospitality and customer service. Will definitely go back.

This particular Walgreens is my favorite drugstore in my area, Moore. You can always expect to enter a clean, organized, and fully stocked shopping area. Most all of the staff are helpful by nature and the ones who arenāt make it up in friendliness. The pharmacist/pharmacy techs work quickly and efficiently, my insurance is always billed correctly, but I have to admit that the lines inside and outside are almost always at least four to five people deep. Today, Ashley at the front register assisted me in updating some of my Walgreens rewards account. I appreciate you guys. Love ya, Kylie.

Said that my insurance couldn't cover and went a week back and forth with them,finally called another pharmacy not Walgreens, had it sent over and that place had no issues at all. I have my prescription now from another place not associated with Walgreens. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I've been a Walgreens pharmacy customer for years! I've given them chance after chance to improve the quality of service BECAUSE it is such a hassle to change pharmacies. It is getting so bad now, I don't know how I can stay with them. They are persistently understaffed and the staff they do have clearly do not like working there. My biggest frustration is that my prescriptions are consistent from month to month and STILL about every other month, they do not have my medication in stock and it has to be ordered. Ok....so maybe they sell more than expected on occasion but at the very least, professional ethics should dictate that they inform me they do not have it in stock so I can get my doctor to send the script to a pharmacy that DOES have it. Especially on a Friday when there is a narrow window regarding when I can reach my doctor before he leaves for the weekend. I've tried calling the pharmacy right after my doctor has sent the script electronically only to be told they don't like me calling to confirm they have the medicine in stock and that I should wait to be texted when it is ready.....except I don't get a text because they don't have it even though it is the same medication every month consistently! The failure to provide service i can count on and the rudeness from staff is just too much! I would never recommend them to anyone I cared about. Not at all. So if you use them, prepare thyself for poor service and poor treatment. I've had enough. I will just go through the hassle and frustration of trying to find a pharmacy I can depend on.
