This location has always been awful. Now that they no longer have an actual pharmacy, in the pharmacy store, I will thankfully never step foot in there again.

Best photo center! Last year, I ordered half my Christmas cards at this Walgreens and half at a CVS. This Walgreens' quality was significantly higher. This year, I was going for a two-sided card and didn't like that Walgreens puts their logo on the backside, so I tried both CVS and Walmart first. CVS just wasn't getting the order done, then when Walmart got my order done the cards were terrible! So before returning my order at Walmart, I send my order to this Walgreens and it was done as soon as I got my Walmart return complete (only 13 minutes!). I was happy that I finally got cards that looked good. I also noticed a card with my design in the trash in the back, so I know that the person printing was actually checking the quality and remaking ones that didn't come out right. Good quality control! Thank you!

Worst walgreens and horrible customer service. I asked an employee named emma for help and she was just rude and told me i couldn’t use my walgreens rewards because it was an ‘inconvenience’ for her . I tried to speak to a manager she claimed to be one and wouldn’t let me report her so i knew she wasn’t ! this needs to be fixed immediately not what i should have to deal with as a loyal customer ! You’ve definitely lost one !

we came pick up photo printer, the black younger lady was very rude and bad. she work at clerk, I talked to manger, she look not care what happens.. we never come there ......thats really rude and awful service

Got a letter today stating after careful consideration they decided to close the pharmacy at this location.... actually after careful consideration because of the rudeness of the people at Walgreens I have carefully considered my shopping options and haven't shopped here in months....... how a freaking Pharmacy can decide not to sell pharmaceutical products but keep the front end of the store open to sell crap is beyond me, you're a freaking Pharmacy good luck with that.....

This Walgreens is the worst! I think all of the Walgreens have gone to crap, but this particular one takes the crown!!! The pharmacist is not only a control freak, That’s on a major power trip, who talks and treats customers horrible! I have a particular prescription that I’ve been on for years and suddenly the price went up when my insurance changed. I asked repeatedly why The insurance wasn’t covering it. They kept telling me they weren’t sure but assured me they were running it through my Insurance and it wasn’t covering it. I did the only thing I could, I found a GoodRx coupon to help slightly with the price. However, it was still expensive and way out of my budget. When I finally got fed up with their poor service, I went to a new pharmacy. They ran the same medication through the same insurance and again the insurance didn’t cover it. However, they notified me that I just needed a prior authorization! I was able to pick up my prescription within a couple of hours and I had a zero co-pay!!!!!!! I notified Walgreens that they had failed to let me know that I needed a prior authorization and due to that I was out over $3000 because it had been 18 months that I was using a coupon and they weren’t running it through my insurance. I was told there was nothing they could do about it now. They said you can’t retroactively get a prior authorization on a medication! When I asked, how was I going to recover that money they said you’re not. They offered no apology and with a blasé attitude asked me if there was anything else they could do for me. I am angry that I had to give them even one star to review them. My actual score is a -5 stars.!!!!! wow they’re shutting down Walgreens over America. They need to start with this one. Just read the customer reviews.

Tried to buy some candy with a tag, tag said 2/$3 was ringing up 2/$4. Did the whole process of trying to clip coupon on app and texting as I was told to do so by the associate (shocker the coupon wasn't on app and the text message thing didn't work) the associate still wouldn't honor price EVEN THOUGH A TAG WAS ON THE ITEMS and I did everything I was supposed to do to get the coupon. I know it's a dollar but no telling how many other people who aren't paying attention are getting over charged unknowingly.

This is hands down then worst Walgreen I have ever been to. The pharmacy is a joke. I showed up right before close yes but I had 5 minutes left to get my asthma meds and the guy never looked back or tried to help only after 8 did he look my way. It’s a constant issue at this store. I will never let my doctor send to this location again. What a joke.

The guy at the counter remembered me from when I lived here 7 YEARS AGO and told me that he would have my meds ready in just a second before I even walked up to the counter for the first time in the 7 years I was away. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Most of my walgreens experiences in Louisiana were the worst so this was the best, thank you for being good people.

I've always had bad experiences with this Walgreens, but with it conveniently close to my house I would overlook things. But today, the straw broke the camels back, most Walgreens have a sign as you drive up that they close soon a certain time for the pharmacist to go to lunch. And the pharmacist should be able to go to lunch, well, this pharmacy does not have any sign out front and we were in line to get our medication, and as we pulled up to the window she seen we were there and put the closed for lunch sign up and walked away. There is no way the Walgreens corporation sat down and decided this would be the way forward for them to go as a business model. This Walgreens needs to be closed.

I wish I could give this place a negative star. but I placed some photos back in November but they said there machine was broken or down I can't remember.n I told them to just go ahead and keep it there until it's ready and to keep me informed however they didn't even give me a call so come febuary I finally get a message in my email saying my orders have been canceled I didn't receive any notification that they have been done nor did I receive a call so I call up there talk to a manager and this all happened yesterday febuary 8th 2024 at 6:37 p.m. and they tell me well I know the photo department person was in earlier and she tried to call everybody but yeah unfortunately he gave me some excuse and I'm like okay well can I get can you just go ahead and put them back in because I need those and then they wanted me to turn around and send in the photos that they just canceled so they're already printed off first and foremost for the inconvenience of the fact of not giving me a call or even notifying me in an email or message to inform me that my pictures were ready is quite frankly they should have been calmed for the inconvenience it was to me but I still paid for all I can say is that Walgreens needs to get their stuff together because this is unexcusable and highly highly unsatisfactory in customer.

Fred and the rest of the Pharmacy staff have been extremely helpful in getting a refill on my medication that has been on backorder (worst week of the year to experience this!) After working with other locations and getting terrible customer service I had my Dr send the refill to them and I finally got what I needed; even got a call from the pharmacist explaining the best go forward strategy when it comes to getting my refills for meds that are scarce.

I had the worst experience at the pharmacy due to a worker that works in the pharmacy named Fred. He has the worst customer service. Everytime I got to the pharmacy Fred gives me a hard time. His attitude is the worst and he acts like he don't like black people. I get a racist tension from him everytime. I'm definitely going to start picking up my medications at a different Walgreens due to Fred's reckless behavior. Have a nice day.
