My daughter and sil paid them $40000.00 up front for and barn and stalls several years ago and has not got NOTHING!! Doesn't call back. The only thing done was a little framing that was left in weather to rot and fall, they did send out crew to take down the old warped wood because we insisted it was a hazard to the barrel horses they have. Plus dropped off several bundles of trusses that to this day are sitting in the pasture with nothing done. Don't know what Justin their son did with the money but it was not on following through with obligations.

I do not recommend Winsett Barns. He presents himself as a contractor but subs all the work out. if there is an issue, he tells you to work it out with the sub contractor. .The subs try to hide issues or don't mention anything unless you see it and say something. I asked Winsett several times to come out and look at the issues and he would never show. I had to redo things his subcontractor messed up like the doors weren't installed correctly. I had to take out and redo them and shim properly. The windows aren't completely square so they are hard to open. I did not catch that until I moved in and tried opening the windows. Also the concrete was poured after the building was built. The garage, house and porches cracked almost immediately. Asked him to come out and look at it several times and did not show up. Asked for him to make it right and I am still waiting. if your a contractor or in this case a general subbing the work out, you should be making sure the subs are doing their job correctly and not covering the mistakes up and also addressing the concerns of the customer. Not making the customer deal with the subs themselves. If you are getting paid, wouldn't you want to be there to make sure everyone is doing. their job correctly? I mean, isn't that the reason the customer is paying you? Otherwise you are getting money for pretty much doing nothing at all. This is the second place I've left a review as the first place i left a review it was deleted.

Wouldn't call you back ever. Was totally honest, though. Said he wouldn't guarantee that the barn he built wouldn't leak. Enough said.

Horrible in regards to retuning phone calls, text or email. Construction started weeks past scheduled time, of course my payment was prompt as promised. When we did correspond, they had good excuses. Wasn't the low bidder. Quality is ok.

These are great people to work with. They are Prompt, Courteous and they had our building up in less than a week. While you are waiting on bids, They will get your building up!! Great Job well done. We are very Pleased with our 40 x 60 building...

I had them build me a 40’x 50’ shop and it’s awesome. I had them do a turn key job with spray foam insulation, concrete slab and insulated overhead doors. Tim and his crew done a excellent job. I heat and cool 2000 sq.ft with a 18000 BTU mini split heat pump. No leaks no problems what so ever. If I ever have the need to build another shop I know who will get the job!!!!

My barn leaked a week after it was built the metel roof was not put on the right way Owner does not stand by his work did not seal it metal roof pur on wrong and did not overlap far enough and did not lap over the edges

U don't get everything you pay for and it's not done when it's supposed to be. Billy winsett has offered to pay me to shut up about a problem he doesn't know how to fix they forgot to concrete the poles on the house he built now it's dropping screwing up the wall's in the house and rafters and threatening me he gonna take me to court instead of me taking him.
So my question to you Billy is are you gonna fix this problem on my house or not stand behind the warranty on it and tell the people your not good for the warranty you say the House's & barns you build are good....
I have notified BBB and the news of you not standing up to the warranty on my house.
