“I had an accident and took my car to the Glenpool body shop off of hwy 75 and the service was terrible. The messed up the front bumper and tried to zip tie it where they broke the clips. someone hit me again a year later so I decided I wanted to try a smaller body shop that cares about his customers and mr.griffin and his son did an amazing job on my explore you can't tell It was ever T-boned and he went above and beyond and replaced my rack and opion that had nothing to do with the repairs that we agreed on. I would definitely use him again”

“Nowadays it seems customer service is a thing of the past. This morning I stopped in at the AutoZone in Sapulpa because I needed some bolts to attach a front license plate.
I apologize I did not get the gentleman’s name but he went above and beyond! He went outside to my car three times to make sure he was getting the correct bolts and even installed my plate for me!
There were 4 employees that I saw while there and everyone was nice and made sure I was being taken care of!”
“The service writer, Audrey is fantastic! So friendly and helpful. She told me not to worry everything would be already. She was right. Joe,the service tech took good care of the problem in a timely manner. Easy to get an appointed time at my convenience. Audrey kept me informed. She always answered the phone when I called.”

“This location went above and beyond to help me in a really tough situation. JJ and Josh were incredible and made me a very proud customer. I had bought a battery at one of their locations out of state and when it came time to use the warranty, I found out they didn’t put in my information correctly. Luckily with the info I had and their determination, we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and without me being made to feel like a bother. They owned the mistake that wasn’t even theirs and made it right! That’s customer service at its finest!”
“Had my battery tested that was purchased over 5 years ago with Autozone and was the one with only a two year warranty. I sure got my money’s worth. Battery was quickly tested and in short time had a new battery installed. Appreciate how easy and quickly over the years purchasing car batteries has been from AutoZone. Thank you to Payton and Mason for their great service at the Auto Zone Hwy 75 and 121st location.”

“Johnny and Vince took care of me. Not particularly fast, and $306 for two 18inch mid-grade tires but I appreciated the kind service and talking me patiently through different options. [ I normally prefer taking my business to local places whenever possible but this wasn't one of those times. (Waiting for tire service with two toddlers is no joke; and wandering around the toy section at Walmart is a lot nicer than sitting in a random waiting area.) Overall I'm satisfied and grateful for this option when I needed it. ]”
