“Our mail service has always been exceptional but what our post lady did today was above and beyond. Kathy, sweet Mal lady Kathy, brought to our door, the live shrimp we were waiting for, and had them kept in a cool ac room at work then rode with them in the ac so they would be ok. She is quite literally the very best. I have never had anyone show the care and concern she always shows with every delivery. Every mail person should be trained by her, she clearly goes above and beyond. We are so grateful for her, every single day!!!”

Margaret and Vanessa are two wonderful souls who will go above and beyond for the public. The town of Mounds can sometimes be full of hateful, unappreciative and miserable individuals, but please don’t be one of them. I genuinely appreciate and respect that the employees here at this post office show up and are ready to serve each day no matter the weather!
