“I am moving and I have been trying for 2 weeks to get them out to pick up the propane tank and the person I needed to talk to has not been there. The person I have talked to said she will have her call me. Still have not gotten a returned phone call or the tank has not been picked up. Customer Service has been very very BAD!! I don’t know if she is not getting the messages or if they just do t care to call people back provide customer service. I guess they get all the summer months off work!!!”
