“I had a house fire 2 years ago.I tried to find a storage building through other companies to rent .I called and called other places and I never talked to anyone.So I decided to go see what Attic storage had and I met the sweetest lady in the office, she had a great bubbly personality, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the buildings.She made me feel right at home like she had known me for years.She took me to a few units and let me decide for myself on how big I needed for all of my things.She didnt pressure me at all .I forgot what her name is but she has red hair .I did end up getting 2 units .She explained all that was covered and asked if I wanted insurance on the two , units .I'm still renting two units today , she has always let me know when payment is due for both of them & she has always let me know a month ahead when the units will go up in price .I've always had great experience with her..The office and the faculty is clean,I've seen her more than a few times picking up trash around the buildings .I've only seen ants and rolly Polly's in the storage units , which is normal...”

“Great customer service combined with excellent pricing, thorough communication of all policies, quick over the phone account setup. since setting up the account ive been to the storage facility which is very well maintained , well lit at night and lots of cameras which was very reassuring of the safety of my belongings! I would encourage anyone looking for a storage unit to check them out as they were the most reasonably priced in the area.”

“Nice managers and they have cameras so that’s good. Overall really good experience I would just keep in mind if you have a decent amount to throw away, you can’t use their dumpster that is in the storage unit bc it is mainly used for the RV park and apartments. That’s the only inconvenience.”

“The entire sales process with Wades was perfect. Honored my trade as promised, finance and warranty team Sara and Andy were perfect, Brandon my internet salesperson was excellent, Dray our technician was thorough and gave us all the time we wanted going through our Newmar. The owner Wade came out the door to greet us as soon as we arrived and stayed with us guiding the entire process. So strange to read negative reviews. This is how the experience should be. We were very happy the Wades RV. Old time personal service. BTW…a human will answer the phone when you call as well as greet you at the door.”
“White Hawk is the best! Very friendly staff and clean facilities. I kept forgetting to call to initiate my move-out when we no longer needed the unit so they took it upon themselves to initiate the process so I would not get billed for the following month. If I ever need another unit I will most certainly use White Hawk!”
