10/10 would recommend 3 Rivers Auto Collision! About a month ago, I hit a deer and the next day the gave me a call and got me scheduled in. I dropped it off, they kept me updated throughout the entire process, and when I went to pick it up today they were very nice and professional. When I went to leave, I had opened the door and a small clip had fallen off. I believe his name was Travis, he immediately helped me and got it fixed. He was very kind and thanked me for my business and told me if I noticed anything wrong with it to bring it right back and they’d get me in to have it fixed. It took less than 3 weeks for them to get my car fixed and it looks better than when I had bought it. I will definitely be going back! Thanks again 3 Rivers!

Genuinely can’t say enough good!! My car was hit by a semi and we chose to take it to Travis and his team, which was a great decision. Every single staff member was overly friendly and helpful!! I got regular updates on my car & when I got it back it looked perfect!! They even cleaned the inside which was just the icing on top of the cake!! I would genuinely recommend to ANYONE!! We will be customers for life!!?

I can’t say enough great things about 3 Rivers Auto Collision.
I had my 2024 Sentra 25 days when I had my accident. I was already scheduled to take it to 3 Rivers to have a paint chip fixed that was on it when I purchased it.
After talking with Travis we decided to just stick with him, knocking everything out at once. So glad we did.
Everyone in the shop is super friendly and honestly treats you as if you are family. On the final day of picking up my car we got to meet the man behind the greatest body shop guy, his dad and he’s just as sweet and kind as Travis.
If anyone has any kind of damage, something as small as ding or chip I highly recommend 3 Rivers Auto Collision. We will definitely be repeat customers for our other vehicles, hopefully not my Sentra anytime soon ;)

Stopped in to have a bumper looked at that the clip had broken and was pulled away from car. Estimator said usually with broken clips they need to replace the bumper. She said her technicians were at lunch but she would go see what they thought. About 5 minutes later a young guy came out and looked at it and I thought I would need to make an appointment to have it fixed when he came back out with glue and a couple of new screws, sat down on the ground and fixed it right then and there. I wasn't looking for perfection the car is 9 years old just wanted to make sure the bumper didn't fly off while wife was driving. After he fixed it, I went up to the counter to pay and was told they didn't want anything, it was free. It is wonderful to know that in this day and age where everyone is just looking out for themselves that a business like this still exists that cares about customers and wants to do what is helpful. I would definitely 100% recommend 3 Rivers Auto for any repairs needed. Bumper looks fantastic and is secure.

I had an outstanding experience with Three Rivers in Muskogee! Their team went above and beyond, delivering exceptional service when replacing the fender flare on my truck. The craftsmanship was top-notch, and the staff's professionalism made the entire process smooth. I highly recommend them for their phenomenal work and attention to detail. Five stars without a doubt!
