I was excited but I could qualify to get a certain amount of credit per month online without having to talk to anybody first.When I did call Nicole was very friendly about getting me set up with the washer and dryer that I needed and a price that I could afford.I will say there were some misunderstandings about the installation and the parts that came with it etc.. when I empathize with my issue very much.However after I send an email, the manager, Terry I believe his name was, contacted me I was very professional about working out the problem to my satisfaction.I think Nicole me just have been having a bad day like we all do sometimes.Oh and last but not least? I absolutely love love love my washer and dryer? ? My home is 10 times happier with clean clothes and blankets??Next month iI can't wait to see what I can rent next ????

I would give it a 0 star rate cause I chose to rent a couch which I was hoping would be new and not a PRE-LEASED couch and when I got the couch delivered to my home I sat on it and whoever was renting the couch before me left a bad urine smell to it to where I called the store and did what they told me which was washing the couch covers and scrub down the white cushion and after getting it all done I put the cover sheets back on and put the couch pillows back on and when I sat down it still smelt like urine so I called up to the store again and the woman Nicole had a rude attitude towards me and said that they'll come pick the couch up and that I can never rent from them again.

Have had two new washers brought to me both work for a min then won’t clean the clothes or spin them out. I recently got my washer back when it should of been fixed there’s no way they touched it I know it was sent off so I called and asked to get a different brand she was super nice at first saying she could and told me she would call me the next day I had a Denist appointment so I gave her my husbands numbers never called so that next day I called she then proceeded to tell me she could not get me a different brand or I’d have to start over so I called and complained to corporate he said usually they can’t but he would do that for me and told me how when customers get closer to their items being paid off they want brand new! I in no way said I wanted a new washer just one that works! They brought me the same brand back today! My lease agreement isn’t even close to being up! Deliver driver told me she wanted to keep my matching set….. I did not get my dryer from them! Just the washer! So I have called corporate yet again waiting on them to respond! And had to wait a week to get my washer since they have employees who keep quitting! driver was super nice but the lady at the store not so much!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nicole goes above and beyond. I've already paid off several items. The last one was here in Muskogee. They have great payment plans, but you may have to wait for a sale. Love this Aarons

They said they will fix me up with a refrigerator for $50 a month. She said that but when I got back to her she said no I can't get $50 is too low, can't do it.

The manager will completely lie to you, they will sell you a dryer and bring it out with no cord then tell you it's your responsibility to go buy a cord, then after phones calls with the manager she was very rude loud hateful and said they would bring a cord today, but that was a total lie, they need new management

This is the absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced we were lied to about delivery for over a week. we called multiple times to confirm delivery and we're lied to each time. NICOLE has given us an attitude EVERYTIME WE HAVE CALLED!!! Save yourself a lot of stress and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
