Both of my lens protectors were cracked. They replaced the one for a $10 charge as we had been told when we purchased the phone. We were charged $25 for the one over the camera even though it had a lifetime guarantee on the front of the box it came in. The person assisting us said it would not key in for $10. We showed her the guarantee. She said well that is a lie because we can’t key it in for $10. We left feeling cheated.

This ATT has been the worst I have ever used. Sean the sales guy lied to us about the cost and what he was doing which now the only way to fix it is for me to pay $500. When I call to talk to Makayela the manager she says they have no way to fix. So be careful everyone if they make mistakes with your account all you can do is pay up to fix it.

Was fast and everyone at the store seemed to be friendly and knew their job well and was able to answer all the questions I had one didn't know the answer the other did wasn't a Hassel with this store like it has been at a few others I have been too recently would Def recommend going to this store for your att needs
