If you have an account here what ever you do take my advice from personal experience.....DO NOT MAKE CASH DEPOSITS THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU ATM!!! Especially after business hours!! 9 times out of 10 it will not give you a receipt and you will not have your deposits credited to your account and not realize the missing amounts until other payments have started going back as NSF and you receive NSF fees plus whatever fees the company it was written to charges. Hope all will heed this warning ⚠️⚠️⚠️

No public restroom and can't withdraw more than 3k out. The elderly lady is very rude and intrusive. Almost felt interrogated for withdrawing 3 grand of my own money.

My experience with this bank has always been great! The guy at the front desk I'm unsure of his name, maybe paul. He is super helpful and understanding. I saw him be super nice to other customers as well. Thank you for helping me!

Every time we use this location they are just very sharp, not quite rude but like they don't want to talk or wait on you. I can move my money to another bank.

I opened a new checking account yesterday and I can't say enough about the staff. Your customer service is 5 star. Marissa was amazing!! She was so caring and compassionate as she listened to my story of my struggles. Thank you so much! I know for sure I am joined to the right bank?

Great services provided by the bank, easy online access, and great customer service through the call center. My issue is one of the employees, “Felicia”, at this location is incredibly rude. As we were setting up our account she constantly would roll her eyes, sigh loudly as we asked question, and seemed to rush us through the process. Almost causing us to not to use this bank.
