I mentioned going on a cruise and she quickly noted on my account which countries I was visiting and when I would be there so as to make transactions quick and painless while on vaca. Super friendly, extra helpful!!”

We have been getting our vehicle loans through MFCU for years and have dealt with a number of different people in the loan department. “ATM is in a great spot. Staff is friendly and they offer members great resources such as notary services. Arvest even helped me charge back an order that never shipped over two years ago (common for made-to-order statues) which really surprised me. Very happy customer. No fees checking account for 8+ years.
Edit: Oh and the app is great and transfers are easy and so is cashing a check through the camera.”

“The ladies are all so friendly & knowledgeable. They opened all of our accounts quickly & even printed our debit cards while we were there. They have cute/unique designs for their debit cards. The required deposit is fairly low compared to a lot of other banks. Abbey helped us on our last visit. She is always professional & greets you with a smile. Their lobby closes at 5:30 which is great for us. You can name/color coordinate all of your accounts on the app so you can easily find the correct account. We decided to move all of our accounts to this Union because of all the products/conveniences they offer. The mobile app also has Zelle as an option to transfer funds. I would highly recommend this Union to anyone looking to open a new account.”
