I think they need to work on trying to be more transparent when you serving people of all of different colors.I have not have ever been treated like this in any hotel, and I've stayed at some very nice and elegant hotels. I will never come back here again. My room was not cleaned my bed was not made, the furniture has stains embedded in the fabric that I'm scared to sit on it.?nothing was done when I was out all day, not to mention I had a sink that had a very slow drain it's so slow, I have to wait for 5, 10 minutes before using it again.?I was told that someone put some Drano in the sink but it didn't do a thing. Maid service never cleaned my room and the sink was not cleaned either. Very very disappointing for the money I paid very disappointing so I'm leaving I will never return to this hotel.

if i would’ve read the reviews prior to coming i wouldn’t have stayed, but i’m glad i didn’t read them! we got here at 2am and every hotel we went to, no vacancy. this was the first one that popped up on google so i called, and thankfully they had a room for us and the kids! thanks god. i got there and the employee was very nice! she complimented me and gave me quick service with a smile. our room was clean, the ac worked and i hopped in the shower. the water pressure was a little low, but that’s my only complaint. i keep seeing bad reviews about bugs here, i have not seen one! i even checked the beds for signs and nothing. we slept great and i’m really glad this place had vacancy when all we wanted was to sleep. i will definitely come back because of my experience today!

If I could give no stars I would. I stayed at this hotel in October 2023. I was over charged (more than double) for the stay. I notified the hotel and they gave me a partial refund. I have been trying to get the rest since October. I have contacted Best Western customer service and all they do is call the hotel and the hotel "manager" tells them they will call me. Never happens. My advice is if you stay there check your invoice very carefully. I stay in a hotel for work 52 weeks a year for the last 12 years. I've never had this happen.

The hotel & room was nice and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and hot.Stefanie was wonderful booking our room. She took the time to recommend a local Mexican restaurant that was fantastic.

This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever been too. I wish I could post photos of the room there was vomit next to the bed, noodle and burgers stuck on the walls, weed next to the desk on the floor and not just a little bit like a pile of it. The house keeper are not doing there job. I wouldn't stay here if they paid me. We tried 3 different rooms all were disgusting. Would not recommend.Rooms: Disgusting

The lobby was dark when we walked in. Filthy rooms with broken lamps. Bathroom was not clean and there was one stained body towel. Evidence of bed bugs, dirt, filth… do not recommend staying here. We left within 30 minutes of check in. No apologies from front desk. He could not have cared less.

Yes,Me and my family stayed there this month for a couple of days and had nothing but bad luck with noise in the hallway until 5 am, rough unattended boys in the pool, called manager after our stay, came to an agreement. Still waiting for a partial refund almost a month now, I call she's not there, I email no response, leave messages, never returns my calls, im upset and just want my refund, this looks bad for business, I'll never return here again to stay, seems like they don't care about the unsatisfied customers.Update: It's now 3 months later and still no refund or anything from this property, I really recommend you not book here, I'm really disappointed for a large hotel chain like this and can't even refund a 1 night stay as promised is ridiculous, after everything me and my family went through, this is how we're continued to be treated, no phone call or any communication at all, unless I'm trying to reach customer service, no progress whatsoever on you all's end! I would appreciate a prompt response and refund and I'll gladly update this review once again. Just an update again it's now January 2024 and still no refund or any communication at all, it's been 5 months now! Update: I finally got my refund, thank you Stephanie, she did it right then when I was on the phone, I have been dealing with the former manager Krista and absolutely got nowhere, I really appreciate it ☺️.

The beds were bad very uncomfortable very lumpy we did not sleep for 2 days complaining to the front desk they did nothing won't be back!!! Breakfast was good and coffee machine that was the only thing good!!Also there IS BED BUGS!! THIS HOTEL IS BAD!!Food & drinks: That was the only thing good but over priced for water soda snacks!!

I stayed here in September 2023. I normally wouldn’t write a motel review. However, I saw that some of their reviews are completely out of whack with reality. The negative reviews align with my experience, though my experience wasn’t as awful as some.First of all, it appeared that the entire place was being run by three women. The one who checked me in around 5 p.m. was still there the next morning at 7 a.m., but in different clothes. I had to ring their bell to get her to come out from, according to her, doing the laundry. She struggled with their computer like it was her first week working there. The next morning, the apparent manager on duty had to help her check me out. This manager was wearing vulgar tight and inappropriately short shorts. From conversation I overheard in the breakfast area, the third woman seemed to be the maid. She too was dressed offensively and seemed impaired by something.The room was adequate, but neither clean nor comfortable. Fortunately, I just needed to get some sleep and drive home the next morning. I opted out of showering when I saw the facilities. The sink drain was nearly clogged and water had to be run in short intervals. I’m not really paranoid about germs, but the first thing I did was wipe down every surface with alcohol wipes. Some power outlets did not work.This is not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but with lots of options nearby it will be my only stay here.

I’m no longer a fan of this Hotel. The employees were very nice and helpful. My room had stains all over the wall, broken drawer, stains on the sheets and the food was cold and no lids for the coffee cups during breakfast hours. I felt like I was staying at one of the cheap hotels down the street. This hotel has an ordor and some of the exercise equipment wasn’t work.Rooms: Outdated and not really cleaned thoroughly

BED BUGS!!!!!I am a BW diamond member and I am highly disappointed with my treatment from the Best Western Plus located in Muskogee. I stayed 1 night and woke up with bites on my arm and as I was maneuvering the room I spotted multiple bed bugs (see attached pictures). The front desk clerk Kaylee was understanding and offered to wash my clothes and change my room and agreed to notify management.The new room I was placed in had stained sheets which led to my decision to book another hotel. I had to wait in the hotel room for 2.5 hours because I didn’t have any clothes and during that time the manager never attempted to reached out. After delivery of my clothes and being able to finally get dressed I asked Kaylee to grab the manager, Neal Patel. Kaylee informed me that Neal, the owner of the location, did not find it necessary to speak with me as they weren’t going to do anything more than refund me for my points and that he didn’t see any bugs when he inspected the room.As a frequent visitor of best western I am very concerned that the owner of this location didn’t find it necessary to speak with me or have the decency to provide good customer service. If the owner felt there were not any bed bugs in the room, then would he even take the steps necessary to sure the room would be treated properly and not assign the room out to the next guest.I urge any visitors to Muskogee to book with another hotel as there is evidence of bed bugs, the owner is is denial of having a bed bug infestation, and the customer service from the owner is beyond poor. Kaylee did her best with assisting me as a front desk clerk, but management should have stepped in to resolve a bed bug issue with a guest. I hope this company can find individuals with good leadership qualities to put in leadership positions because this was an extremely poor experience.Safety: There are bed bugs and management is in denial.

We needed a break in our trip and this Best Western location was perfect for a night's stay. Our room was ready when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable for the two of us. We asked for dinner recommendations in the area and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. It was quiet sleeping. We definitely recommend staying here.

The front desk was very efficient and helpful. My room and bathroom smelled clean and it looked clean. The bed was very comfortable.The hotel is well maintained.We enjoyed breakfast with eggs , meat, and potatoes, plus the usual food.
