I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here. He will charge you an arm and a leg for repairs that won't fix the issue that you ask them to fix then try to pull a fast one on people he thinks don't know anything about cars.

I had a disappointing experience with the auto shop. I brought in my truck to have a remanufactured engine installed, but to my dismay, they ended up putting in a used engine that had several bad accessories. The shop's failure to provide the service I paid for and their lack of transparency about the substitution left me frustrated and dissatisfied with their work. It's unfortunate that their actions didn't align with their promises.

completely useless!! I called on Friday afternoon, I was passing through heading to Arkansas for work, they told me they could get me in the shop Monday or Tuesday morning. Monday or Tuesday morning come around and I call and they just tell me the boss isn't here and they can't do anything about it?? THANKS GUYS!!! I've been stranded with no vehicle 15 hours from my house waiting for days for a shop that was never going to help me in the first place.

I was driving from Dallas, where my daughter went to college to Chicago where we live when the Jeep we were driving started having issues in muskogee. the tow truck driver said to take the car to Brian's repair shop. when we arrived is this dust bowl obviously upset with the cars issues and a long way from home I walked in their shop and there's some guy sitting over a ways eating some food and drinking right from a milk container and he totally ignores us. doesn't come over until he's done eating about five minutes later. looks at the car and tells me it needs a new motor that costs 5k. not 4,990.00 or 5,013.00 but exactly 5k. tells me the engine is in another town and it will take a week to fix. I'm stuck Sofi tell him ok as I have no choice. long story short he calls me a week later and says the cars finished. we go there and start the car and lights start coming on and we got issues - another five hour wait with my daughter and her good little pug named Emmy and they tell me it's ready. we made it home so that's good but there's no way I'd go back to this place as they took advantage of my situation and appeared to not care at all. the only good thing that came out of this stay in Muskogee was that Emmy the pug was able to walk in a restaurant and eat with us. otherwise it was pretty brutal.
