I was trying to get a loan for my laptop, the short lady that works there tried to treat me as though it were stolen without even looking at it! So rude! Not how you should do business! I would suggest any other pawn shop!

15th and Denver on Tulsa Oklahoma area is one of the best places I know to pawn your stuff and to buy stuff because they don't put my stuff on the shelf before it's due I've lost too many things that way from EZ Pawn Muskogee also Cash America had too many people coming in that worked a couple of months and my stuff come up missing a lot my movies and jewelry big deal they fired them I lost my stuff that was not due yet but in the long run it helps me not to pawn stuff anymore in that area anyway.

People were very friendly service was quick and and they gave real good prices for the things that we brought in they were fair and very accommodating I highly recommend shopping and pawning here. Kylie and all the staff are wonderful. Two thumbs up.?

Would not trade or refund me after spending $45 on a headset that had a broken microphone! Had only been 2 weeks since purchase and my wife and I both purchase frequently until now!

Always buy protection plan from this place because I guess they don't test items when they buy them but they're ok selling broke items and not refunding!
