They never called me to let me know they were out of my prescription. Waited 30 minutes in line to hear, "Sorry we don't have any of those eye drops". Don't go here for anything!

This pharmacy absolutely NEVER has prescriptions ready. I have used them for years because they are preferred with my insurance but no matter how many hours the script sits there, it will %100 not be ready when you arrive. Even if they’ve sent a text saying it’s ready. Today was the worst experience so far, as I had a surgery and was suppose to get an antibiotic and a prescription for pain. They never notified the surgeon, doctors office or myself that they were out the prescription, so now I have to suffer the whole weekend until my doctor is back in office on Monday to send my prescription somewhere else.. this place is the worst. Cheery on top, the staff is always less than happy to be at work.. it’s bad customer service every time. I have never had to leave a bad review for a business before, but this truly is such a poorly ran and poorly managed operation.

There were items that I wanted but there were not enough available to me. There were items listed in my OTC Health Solutions catalog, that also had a tag on the shelf, that were not available. It seems like there was a problem with how they were entered in the computer, in my opinion.

It seems as if every couple of months there is always an issue with getting Rx filled. Will be switching to Walgreens.

Pharmacy really struggles to meet the mark. Long wait times in the drive thru, on the phone, and in person. Wish this location could hire help to make the pharmacy better.

Their pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen my life! 12 days to get a prior authorization taken care of because they didn't know how to put an NDC code on a piece of paper!!! I absolutely would never recommend them!!

They told me to come back in 20 minutes but when I came back they had shut everything down after telling me they would expedite my prescription.

Prescription that Dr sends over is never ready. Husband has to wait 30 minutes or more and then still doest say it's ready

Do not go here if you need your insulin filled!!!! They will leave you without it! They received my prescription on the 3rd. They didn’t fill it!! I called to see what was going on and they said oh we’ll fill it now, then they didn’t fill it!! Had to have my prescription switched to a different pharmacy!!

CVS was a pleasant experience as always they had everything I was looking for employees were courteous helpful and there was someone at the checkout stand when I was ready to check out.

Stopped in for a few this morning 2/15/22 (Muskogee,Ok) stood at the counter for about 5 mins finally I pushed the customer service button and waited another 10 mins and no one ever come to the front and no one was in the store but there were 4 other vehicles in the parking lot at the time.

The staff members are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Even if they are doing other activities such restocking or etc. I apologize to them for the interruption, 'but I can't find this item. Could you direct me to where it might be.' Instead they greet me with a smile while saying 'It isn't a bother. It is here' and they show me where the item is. I usually feel awful that I'm disturbing them. I try to find it by myself. I don't like to take away someone's workload nor put them behind. Blame it on the years of being a merchandiser lol And I haven't dealt with anyone at the pharmacy so I can't give review with them.

Obviously the reviews here truly define the professional and ethical practice of this CVS! As a reward member and long time CVS customer I have never been subjected to the complete ignorance of the staff and pharmacist at this location. Not only did the pharmacy make a critical mistake they also had no resolution or offered any help for their errors. Consider this a very serious situation and imagine you or your loved one being exposed or even harmed by the unethical practices including blatant mistakes at this pharmacy counter! Unbelievable and inexcusable! My suggestion is Walgreens or any other pharmacy in Muskogee. There is no legitimate reason or other excuse that would forgive these folks for the errors and mistakes made here!
