Worker locked doors seconds before I grabbed to open the door. It was 8:53 sign and google say closes at 9:00. Worker stated that they were not taking any more customers. Wouldn't take 1 minute to sell me a Fortnite gift card. If he wants to lock up and close early then he shouldn't do it with people walking up feet away from entering the store.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. Every single time I come in here it’s the same dude that won’t acknowledge customers and will keep people in the store waiting at the register for 10+ minutes because he can’t hear when people need help because there’s always earplugs in his ears. Workers are always on their phones or in the back of the store and most times don’t even know how many customers are in the store in general or how long they’ve been waiting in line. There should be no reason that every time I come in here it’s a line of people looking around wondering if there are any workers inside the building.

Anytime I go into this DG lately, I have yet to encounter an employee with good customer service who actually greets/acknowledges customers anymore. The employee behind the counter never spoke to me until she told me my total then walked off, without saying anything, while I finished my transaction using a debit card.Another employee walked by and grabbed my receipt that was right in front of me, before I could get it, and threw it away. When I politely told him that was my receipt he never said anything, just went looking through receipts in the trash. Once he found it he handed it to me then apologized.
