It’s a very dirty old place, rude staff, roaches and bugs everywhere as well as questionable ppl who live there. There’s cigarette smell everywhere ie in my unit and in the hallways. They don’t let you see a unit before you decide if you want to live there or not. I guess that should’ve been my first clue. They didn’t want my dog walking on their nasty floor, apparently I had to have her in a wagon to use the main entrance. Anyways, worst place I’ve ever lived in my life. I hope I never encounter a place like this again

Crummy.... They won't let your family visit you they won't let anyone stay over. They won't let your family park on their property. The managers are very rude and won't listen to you let alone let you talk. THEY WILL HAVE YOUR VEHICLE TOWED AND YOU ARRESTED JUST FOR VISITING YOUR FAMILY MEMBER THAT LIVES THERE.
Your family member has to be lonely and die alone with no family.
would rate no stars
They dont allow service dogs. They like to label and pick on certain people that live there. They pick and choose who to be nice to.
Would definitely not recommend to anyone that has an elderly/disabled family member.

It's always a humbling experience when I pull into the parking lot for a visit with a look byand are greeted by some of the elder residents with a friendly wave or hello. Always a blessing!

Haven't had any problems at all had a leak was taken care of same day. Office staff are helpful and friendly other residents are too! I'm very happy here.

Everybody has the right to speak their mind but apparently Fairhaven removes any negative reviews. They will pay you 5.00 for a good review tho. Anyways the reason why I am leaving a negative view. See belowThe roaches are awful. My Grandma can't afford to move. She only has basic stuff in apartment. Very clean. You see roaches coming in thru the door from hallway. Don't go stand on balcony. You will probably end up on ground and hurt badly. Using elevators is awful. Always smells like pee and bad body odor. The hallways stink as well. I have watched housekeepers and they barely do anything. There main focus is the office.Now it's a smoke free apartment complex. I know there isn't any designated smoking areas. So I just go outside and smoke. This new policy doesn't bother me.All I want is for them to get the bugs under control.The office lady is rude and hateful. You can't talk to manager due to her. She is a bully and likes to control everything. She just has a very hateful soul. She don't need to be in office with her kind of attitude. She also lives in the apartments.I think it's time for a massive inspection by Hud. And that lady needs to be fired!

They are rude and dont want the residents there to have company if they do they get wrote up and lord forgive if you misplace your keys its crazy that you have no way to get back inside the building should you have to go somewheres. People in these kind of places should be allowed visitors infact it should be encouraged all togather.this place isolates peoe that already feel alone in the world shame on them for that.

I visited my nephew last week there and it's miserable! Bedbug and roach infested / and the door that leads outside to get fresh air actually leads to a view of a HUGE trash container / It stinks and at night it draws rats, dumpster divers (in the dark but with a vehicle and little ladders! ) NO SECURITY !My nephew is extremely depressed and needs help with cleaning etc but says he won't ask because "I would rather die in this mess then deal with that woman in the office" ? Wow / when I asked around when we went for a walk and it was a sentiment that SEVERAL people echoed. They said they felt bullied and intimidated. I said"you should talk to her boss" and they said nobody can talk to him unless they go through her. Even an email goes to her! And what is the receptionist doing with people's FOOD STAMP information?? Not only isn't she supposed to have it but she uses things like that to intimidate people apparently. It has to stop. She has to go.I keep my nephew in my prayers every night I felt terrible leaving him there I truly did.*And I hope this review stays up and Google maps does not allow the establishment to remove it. Everybody has the right to speak their mind but apparently Fairhaven removes any negative reviews /Corrupt and unfair/ wow ??

i love living here--the entire staff is friendly, kind, & nice to the residents--if there is a problem, they will find a solution--where i live the residents all get along, & we are like a big, happy family--the rent is based on your income, so i can afford to have a nice apartment, with all the utilities paid--my daughter & grand-daughter also live in my building so i can go visit them--i-Fairhaven is close to a grocer, dollar store, & numerous other businesses so what more would you want
