My sticker said I was due an oil change. There was a note on the account to change the mileage that my husband had put on. I was unaware of this. The technician came to me that the oil was still in great condition, told me about the notation and offered to finish checking the fluid levels, tire pressure & change the mileage due for the next oil change at no charge. These people have always given excellent service. A woman has always been treated like an idiot when it comes to cars. I on the other hand have a background in automotive and am no pushover. Even though they didn't know this I never felt like I was being played. They have my business for life & I recommend them every chance I get.
