Needed to get a new battery for my watch only cost $5, most places charge $20, and they fixed a couple issues as well at no charge. Amazing customer service, and if you like Citizen watches these guys got you covered, I will absolutely be back.

Stopped to get a link removed from my watch. They did the job right away and were extremely helpful. Watch fits great now. Highly recommend this place for all your jewelry needs.
