DeAnna was very sweet and helpful. Told her we didn’t want a new car and she respected that. She gave us her card and asked for our phone number. She called us when she found a used car that met our criteria. Ask for her. She’s not pushy like other salespeople.

(WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE)I want to start this off by noting that this review pertains to the James Hodge (SERVICE) side of things. I took my Elantra in for repairs because it had kept dying on me. They did their diagnostics and discovered that the crank shaft seal was leaking and that oil had spewed all over the entire engine bay. I gave them the green light to do the repairs, fast forward they gave me a call a day later and said they got all the oil cleaned up from the engine bay and also got the seal repaired and it was no longer leaking and that it was good to go. It ran good for me for 1 day and then the next day it started dying on me again (same problem). I immediately took it back. I get a call from their GM the next day informing me that my car caught fire while they were doing what they called a “duplication test drive” I was not expecting to hear that disappointing news from them. Luckily the dealership did allow me to use a loaner vehicle (it was on E when I took it) but it was only for 2 weeks which was not long enough for the simple fact that my insurance hasn’t paid me out yet and they are the ones that caused this when it could’ve been avoided the first time I took it in for repairs. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here at all for service. And if you do take your vehicle in for work and they total it don’t expect them to help you out for too long, it seems they’re more worried about other things then a customer who’s vehicle they totaled while servicing it. Now I don’t have a vehicle at all and they clearly don’t care. Please be weary taking your vehicle here. I will post pictures of what they did to my vehicle while it was in their possession.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from James Hodge Hyundai, and without writing an entire book of our experience, would just say that we were extremely pleased with the personal, friendly environment and staff. Particularly, Linden, Tiffany, and Cody made the transition from my 12 year old car into a new vehicle as painless as possible. (Especially since I wasnt really in the market for a new car when mine died.) If you want friendly, caring service, go see Linden. We chose this dealership solely based on the fact that out of the 3 dealerships we called that day, he was the kindest while also being honest about what the possibilities were. If you want to purchase a new vehicle, Tiffany and Cody are a great team and will do everything they can to find you exactly what you're looking for the price you can afford. I will admit, my husband and I can be difficult customers. We decided on a vehicle and ended up bringing it back the next morning due to some unexpected issues with it. Tiffany and Cody worked overtime to find us something else same day and went out of their way to make something available in our price range that we originally turned down due to its price. I've purchased several vehicles from other dealerships in the past, but this experience was, by far, the best. You go in feeling like friends and come out of it feeling like you're being taken care of.

My personal experience was absolutely OUTSTANDING! From me walking in to me leaving. And the staff amazing but there was one person that went above and beyond for me, Sales manager Cody and I can not stress this enough he will take care of you and help you in anyway possible from laying out financial plans to writing out the costs of the car and how it’s broken down. And you always hear about salesmen lying and all that not him he is up front about everything no hidden fees or costs, and the customer service is outstanding. I will never hesitate to go to him again and you shouldn’t either.

Tiffany is so helpful when it comes to picking out your dream car. She is so down to earth and just very fun to be around. when I told her what I wanted in my dream car she listened and made sure to make it happen. Treats you just like family, definitely will use her again when I decide to purchase another vehicle.

Erin is absolutely the best, hands down! She made this whole experience phenomenal. Anyone knows buying a car is one of the most stressful events but it was such a breeze. She is very knowledgeable & caring. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrible service and sells! My daughter bought a car that was explained would arrive the next day due to ordering. The next day my daughter left work to go pick up her newly purchased vehicle only to find out that the vehicle that came in was not hers. Mind you, she had already signed her paperwork. They deliver the vehicle to her but was informed that she would need to bring the car back for tinting ? Not 1 staff member asked for insurance verification (she has it ?) No one went over how the vehicle works. Only 1 key was provided, said a spare key would need to be ordered. Just overall not a good experience. The car is amazing though ?

Bought a used car here back in March. They replaced a flat tire before delivery. Upon delivery I found the wheel had damage from the tire swap. They said they'd handle it. They still have not. A new wheel is over $1000 (Dodge Charger). The sales manager has ghosted me for months.

My husband and I bought a car May 23rd. Loved it, loved our sales person. Our finance person was great. Everything was fine. We were supposed to make our first payment July 7th. We had to recontract last weekend. Told us we were waiting on the title for our new car. I called to check and see if my other car loan had been paid off. It hasn’t been yet so I called accounting. The person was very rude, didn’t even talk to me for 5 minutes. Never called me back. Found out the bank we were financed through hasn’t bought our new car yet because James hodge hasn’t received the title to it therefore they can’t pay off my old car. Which means my husband and I’s credit is being hit. I will never buy a car here again. We still have yet to receive anything in the new car!!! Would rather have my old car back and our down payment then deal with this car dealership ever again and I am a past customer. It pains me to write this review.
