I set up a service appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. My name, phone number and email were all verified when the appointment was set. I dropped off my vehicle 15 minutes prior to my appointment and verified my appointment. I then left for a hour and 15 minutes to get breakfast and walk around. When I returned, my vehicle had not been started because the service department didn't remember what needed to be done. Not once was I contacted and the service department didn't start until after I returned. I will not be returning

Nick Thompson & John Frisby did a great job getting us into our 2020 Ford. Very friendly and worked hard to get us the payment we had to have. Thanks so much!

Mr. Yadon is amazing, he helped me get into the vehicle I wanted. All of the gentlemen I spoke with were nice and they helped with all the paperwork and stuff for my new vehicle! I recommend buying from them! Amazing work Jay Hodge Chevrolet in Muskogee

This review is based solely on my recent service department experience with Jay Hodge and is not a reflection of the previous level of customer service received during the sales process.
First, if you are going to negotiate contracts for other services such as tire coverage and warranties, you should have copies of those documents on file to verify eligibility for coverage, rather than the customer having to go home and get the paperwork to prove it! Next, why is anyone waiting approximately one week for one tire? An obvious problem in manufacturing or shipping exists, as I waited several days for a tire from Jim Norton just a few months ago. The difference is the type of tire, standard SUV versus LOW PRO RUN-FLATS. Time is money and with that, wasting my time is wasting my money. I hear the COVID explanation(s), but I'm not here for excuses. You play as you practice! So when the pandemic is over, and it's game time, will the service department continue to be deficient? If you plan to stay ahead of James Hodge, I hope not!

"Special Financing" is false advertisement and work with credit is false too.

I'd have given a 5, except the scheduler told me they would need it all day. My husb followed me down, 45 min drive, only to have them call me 2 hrs later it was ready.i could've just waited.

Bought a Kia Sorento from location. Was told nothing wrong with it and looked good on test drive. As soon as I got home almost a hour and a half away things starting messing up on the car and I have had this thing in the shop feels like more then I have had to drive it. Once one thing is fixed another breaks. We all know dealerships are about making money but they were not honest at all..... mechanics even said alot of the stuff was masked to look good and ride good at first. I'm my 40 years of life this is the worse dealing in buying a car I have ever had. Only way to make this right is taking car back and replacing with another. Won't happen though
