It was confusing. Goggle said that they were open all the time, but they weren't. They had two signs on different parts of the building, so it was confusing where to go.

Only one employee at this location and a large volume of clients. Employee was working her hardest but you can tell she was overwhelmed. It took almost an hour to get attended. Many clients were complaining about being late for work.
